I like the haunting of hall manor maze, but I wish they would bring the train back. The clown themed "circus of lost souls" maze from 2010 was better than everything currently there. I have yet been through spider outbreak or aftermath, but I did not have a good experience in voodoo curse, barely any scare actors, and having a maze on the park's path always fails, even the free bridge of terror maze was better.

Could this come to minderaser in summer 2017?

Everyone with this upgraded kid's area..lol..Those two areas are fine. What I believe that you are definitely right about is the water coaster. I think that is in 2018. Right now, I'm going to enjoy the Lasso, and the other upgrades that will come next year. we thought that KD's kids area was perfectly fine, but we all know what happened lol. But I can see a water coaster replacing penguin in 2018. 2017 should be a good year, especially if wild one's 100th birthday is acknowledged. A water coaster can't replace Penguin. The coaster is a water park ride (need bathing suits). I mean like a long flume type of coaster, kind of like skull mountain's replacement

SFA's possible 5 year plan 2017-Wonder Woman-lasso of truth 2018- Water coaster(similar to fiesta Texas) 2019-kids area upgrade/expansion 2020- rmc or a new flat ride

I do wish we would've received one of the 4d free spin coasters but I always wanted the park to get a skyscreamer(400ft one), but I do like the addition. I could see mind eraser or apocalypse getting VR in 2017 also

There's a new rumor going around that SFA will add 3 new rides, which includes a skyscreamer, and probably the 2 relocated rides from great america. This is believable because there has been no teasing what so ever and roar would've closed by now. Also, high seas has been closed all year, hopefully they don't replace it.

"I won't be renewing my season pass next year, Busch gardens here I come!"...... coming from the same person who will be first in line to enter the park opening day. You went to the park in previous years, why stop now? I agree that KD shouldn't have teased the planet snoopy exapansion, which led to so much disappointed people, BUT, KD arguably has one of the best roller coasters in the world, two of the most unique coasters (volcano & Avalanche), and a top 5 b&m floorless. My home park is SFA, so just be grateful. Our last REAL coaster was batwing in 2001. It is SLOWLY improving, but I would love to have intimidator and dominator at my park instead of slightly overrated, somewhat boring superman and a relocated pile of garbage, apocalypse.

this video should give you an idea lol He probably wants to factor in crowds also. Unless he can magically transport himself to the front of every coaster. Sunday's are not that bad, lines shouldn't be no longer than 15-20 mins (besides maybe batwing and superman)

I'm not expecting a big addition since there hasn't been any teasing or speculation, but here are the top 7 additions I would like to see in 2017: 1. Rmc roar (unlikely) 2. Wild one's 100th anniversary with new paint and track work 3. A new flat ride (Sky screamer) 4. Gotham city retheme and whistlestop park transformed to dc super friends 5. Jokers jinx backwards (idk if this is possible but this would be great) 6. Apocalypse turned into a floorless (the ride would still be mediocre but 10x better, no head banging, and more ridership...they'll probably add VR next year anyways) 7. Minderaser and superman receive new trains

Hurler at KD is rumored to get rmc'd, so it's unlikely roar will also be rmc'd this year also, but time will tell. But, if they did both receive the treatment, then I can bet roar will be better due to it's twisted layout.

My point is, it's time for a brand new coaster You guys just got Ragin Cajun in 2014. Look at Poor Great Escape that hasn't gotten a new coaster in 2005. I think six flags doesn't want to invest in the park because they thought apocalypse would "wow" the gp, but it didn't. They probably feel like they wasted money on all of the somewhat good theming for it to flop, ragin cajun usually has a longer line, so that says something.

Lol,,where is this 'confirmation' coming from? Not saying that I disagree with the confirmation. Orbit is a popular ride at SFGAm. They will be pissed. I just assumed since we get their hand me downs lol. I just feel like this park has been due for a NEW and UNIQUE roller coaster. It gets old riding the same mediocre coasters for 10+ years, even superman is starting to get boring. I do like that the park is improving but why doesn't this park get the same treatment as great adventure, great america, fiesta Texas and etc.? It's minutes away from the nations capital and has good enough attendance for a new coaster.

I take it this means it's the "fall back plan" then...? Lol,..many will like the fallback plan, but not good enough for a 'suppose to be a big year' thing though. I need to go to the park and track him down. I use to see him every week at a place where we take our kids, but haven't seen him in almost two months. Hint? Or at least the area of the park it will most likely go? I'm starting to think we were supposed to get the 4d free fly that SFNE is supposedly getting

Just because it's gotten some track replaced doesn't mean anything. Rattler at SFFT had track replaced the year before as well as some RMC topper track installed on it and look what happened. I guess my point is you never know. true, but SFA would've announced that they were closing roar by now

Roar is back open, some track has been replaced, so no rmc coming in 2017. My prediction is either a flat, dc super friends taking over whistlestop park, or celebration for wild one. I do think wild one is the best wooden coaster in the mid-Atlantic region (besides el toro and lightning racer)

If roar was being rmc'd, they would've announced it by now, so I guess we can count that out *sigh*. A flat ride or two and a wild one repaint is most likely for 2017. All of the six flags parks seem kinda quiet this year, no teasers or anything.

Possible attractions coming to SFA in 2017: 1. Thrilling flat ride, possibly a sky screamer in Gotham city 2. Retheme of whistlestop park to DC super friends along with a Gotham city retheme 3. Celebration of wild one's 100th birthday with new paint and retracking 4. RMC hybrid of ROAR In my dreams, but hopefully 3 and 4 can happen and 2017 can be the year of the woodies

So far, VR on superman is getting mixed reviews, mostly negative due to long wait times and it not functioning correctly. Looking at comments on Twitter and sfa's Instagram page are showing that the gp are fed and want a new roller coaster and better customer service.
