  1. Very true! Though they could do the gigas every two years so the funds are spread out a bit. Too bad SF didn't install gigas when Premier ran the parks, they would've given up the dough for sure! Like in 2000 when they spent a gazillion adding coasters at almost every park...ahhh the glory debt days
  2. The only benefit I see in SFGAdv getting a giga is shorter lines for El Toro Even though you have 3 gigas in your top 5 steel? A Fury-esque giga would be the PERFECT compliment to El Toro and SFGradv would probably at that point have the best coaster collection in the world.
  3. What would be the point of a dive machine at MM??? They already have a huge vertical drop in Superman, yes I know there is no holding brake at the top...big woof. After riding Griffon this summer, a dive machine is really tame compared to MOST of MM's coasters. It's time for Six Flags to stop being cheap and install gigas at their flagship parks. There is no reason SFMM, SFGradv, and SFGAM shouldn't all have gigas by now. All three of the parks are totally capable of seeing a return for that investment.
  4. Of the ones I've visited 1.SFOG 2.SFMM 3.SFgradv 4.SFNE 5.SFDK 6.SFA
  5. Awesome! Looks like they're moving along nicely
  6. I think all establishments that sell Coke products should have a freestyle machine. I mean where else can you get peach mello yello?!? #nom
  7. Seems like a prime spot for a Justice League...
  8. It definitely seems like S&S and RMC are the frontrunners for Six Flags' coasters in the coming years. A year or two ago I would've included Premier, but F. Throttle and Superman were 3 and 4 years ago. You'd think SF would've installed something else from Premier at this point, could be wrong though. One thing that could be making S&S seem more appealing to Six Flags at this point over Premier is, possibly the operating costs of a 4D (ala Joker, Batman) are lower than the Premier launchers which have LSMs.
  9. I'm a proponent of the raptor track as well, seems like the closest I'll get to riding a mega lite (other than Lightning Run which I may get to ride this year).
  10. It'll be interesting to see if SF actually forks over dough for major investments in back to back years. While Joker is a budget coaster of sorts, it's still a major investment.
  11. GTA V on PS4, one of the most well produced games of all time
  12. I dunno, this looks just as vibrant as Joker in Cali
  13. STR is located on a decent sized piece of land, will be interesting to see what they put in its place
  14. Row 3 left side on Fury was my favorite seat, front was almost too much wind lol
  15. Like this? CP still has 17 coasters out of 32 built, so Gradv still has them beat with 13 of 27 I will not admit defeat. http://rcdb.com/4749.htm You win, you win
  16. Like this? CP still has 17 coasters out of 32 built, so Gradv still has them beat with 13 of 27
  17. ^Lol I should've said of parks that are still operating
  18. Is there any other park that's had more than 50% of the coasters they've installed removed? I feel a Guiness World record is in order
  19. Burn Hurler to the ground, no need to save it.
  20. Can people get their homonyms correct though? It's BRAKE run!!!
  21. Great pics! This is going to make the park's already nice skyline look even more awesome!
