I passed it on the highway on my way in this morning - and heard the bell clanging. That made me happy. -

Could well be. I'm still leaning toward "Santa issues," though. Some people can really hold a grudge! -

^ The thing is ... when a Dollar General Store opened here in our tiny town a few years ago, it was part of the Google Maps shot of the town within weeks. -

^ Thanks - we're tried that repeatedly - and gathered an army to help file the appropriate electronic paperwork each time, but it has never gotten them to update the image. Santa issues? -

Rain? No problem. (Unless you mind getting wet.) Over on the HoliWood Nights Facebook group page, they're drooling at the prospect of rain. -

That's not where it would have gone. But we decided against it long, long ago. How much thrill can one coaster give?! -

The show that never aired in the U.S.? That was painful. Loved the Secret Nine. -

Josh, if you feel the need to add "take this with a grain of salt," maybe you shouldn't post it. Please remember these are people's reputations being discussed here. Let's talk about roller coasters. What about them Timberliners?! -

Oh. Sorry. My husband hauled cow manure that morning. It's good fertilizer; I'd never go so far as to call it "holy," though. Regarding your "middle of nowhere" proclamation, we just happened to blog about that this week: https://www.holidayworld.com/holiblog/middle-nowhere-i-think-not Glad you enjoyed your visit! Paula -

Oh, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr! You have NO IDEA how that drives me/us crazy! That photo is from the year Bahari wave pool was built - 2005! And the icing on the HoliCake is that when a Dollar General Store opened in town - that section of the map was updated within a month. (Maybe they sent a crate of Goo Goo Clusters?) Sigh. Paula -

Um ... neither. The second style of boat needed more design work before we could use them - so we just stuck with the round boats. Thanks, Paula -

There are time-consuming height adjustments that physically have to be made to the brakes out on the track, too. And the entire queue configuration has to be moved when we permanently convert to Timberliners. I'm not going to go through the entire list, but I sure hope our many years of transparency on this forum has earned us the a certain level of trust.
