So, I have a question... last time I was on Cyclone was on a rain day (it was bucketing) and the intire ride was so much smoother and enjoyable. Is this sensation caused by the track expanding and becoming moist due to the amount of water or is it that it lubricates the tracks.

Wow, I can't believe all the negative feedback about the new trains. I thought, sense they were from premier rides, that they would be smoother and much more comfortable. Then again, the negative comments have come from younger people so sense I'm older (but only by a year!) it may be a more comfortable ride. Also, I would hate to see Cyclone get the RMC treatment, though I think it could use some topper track around the entire course. Oh, and I know realize that I have been on TPR for 1 year.

Does anyone know when the new england sky screamer will open?

Well, this picture could gave been taken a week or two ago when it was above 50° here. But I was also wandering the same thing. Oh, before I forget, does anyone know what happened to twister. Has it been removed yet?

That was meant to be an exaggeration, and I was not aware that the park touched Connecticut, but that is very cool to know.

You know, I would have thought that the NESS world have a more "New England" theme to if, but it still looks great. Also sense I live so close to the park I might be able to ride it soon!

Wow, I just saw that construction photo and it looks amazing. Oh, and regarding the topic of the height, last I heard, it was going to be something like 402 ft tall. I am not sure if I am wrong, so let me know if I am.

So, I was just wondering if any one has heard anything about the possibility of the removal of Flashback. I have grown to thoroughly dislike it over the past season. Oh, and while I am on the subject of Flashback, is it unusual to gray out while riding it, because the last time I went on it with my friends, I grayed out .

personally, I thought that fright fest in my case was a bit of a let down. I was there last week Sunday and the decorations were a bit too gruesome and the décor was a hodgepodge.

I personally don't see Cyclone being removed it being an icon in all, also if it was removed the park would only have one small wooden coaster. I think Six Flags might give it the I beam or topper track treatment in the next few years but I'm not completely sure. Anyways, I was reading up on the zac spin and it did indeed get poor reviews for its low capacity. I think it would be a smart move to add a launched coaster instead, considering the park doesn't have one yet. Also it would gain tones of popularity and due to the potential high capacity, it could be a great candidate for the park. Does anyone have a similar opinion?

Flashback is like the plague, spreading among the theme parks and inflicting pain and misery on all those who possess it. But in all seriousness, they should really ditch flashback for something much better. Speaking of which, maybe they could get rid of Mind Eraser and add in a new B&M invert or a small launched coaster. Heck, they could go as far as putting in a copy of X-Flight or a Euro Fighter.

Anyone know what might be coming in 2014. Also, is going there worth the long trip from Massachusetts?

Did anyone see any teaser signs in the park that might have something to do with a new ride? I didn't find anything in the park last week, so I was just wondering if I missed anything. By the way, does anyone agree with me that flashback should be removed considering that they have Goliath and that it is getting rather old and rough. I'm thinking if they remove it, they might be able to put in a better ride or use it for an expansion of Cyclone. Anyone have any similar thoughts?

I hope they add a new inverting flat at some point. Anyway does anyone know if they might be retracking cyclone in the next couple years?

Hey, does anyone know anything on the future of twister? I'm just curious as to know whether it will be removed from the park like catapult was.

Six Flags america totally sucks!!!!!!!!!! They have good rides that are in bad condition and the rudest park staff. Six Flags needs to put some effort into this park. If it were in better condition and if the staff was better behaved I would love it.

I love six flags new england. It's my home park and I've grown up around it all my life. I love it's amazing thrills and added water park. However it could use a couple of good restaurants here and there.

Ya, I heavily agree. I never get the ride I want on any of the coasters. They really need to change that policy.
