  1. Flash Pass. Because the older I get. The less I want to stand I line!
  2. I play enough first person shooters to know that the loser always says that they are not trying . j/k
  3. Looks like we will be at Knotts next Sunday (half day)
  4. Looks like we will be at the mountain again next Saturday (April 5th)
  5. ^^^ --- no I fully understand and I'm glad that Knotts takes Mtc so serious there I was just inquiring so I can plan my day a little better
  6. They must be doing both trains then because it's been down to one for at least jan 19th and I also went in feb and march
  7. Nice to know. We will be back for half a day Sunday morning (6th of April). Good to know. Well just have to hit that a few times first
  8. Hey. Is silver bullet back to a two train operation yet?
  9. Do we know what the new coaster is yet?
  10. As much as I hate seeing it idle. Colossus really never sees a line and the ride is almost identical in each side. I do understand why. I'm for RMC ON THAT SIDE
  11. Why did they remove it? Mtc upkeep? I know it wasn't thrilling, but I always rode it several times when I visited Knotts
  12. According to RCDB: Facts: For Fright Fest in 2002 Astroworld reversed the last four cars of the trains and called the ride "8-RLX". After the XLR-8 was taken down, some, if not all, of the trains were sent to Six Flags Magic Mountain to be used on the Ninja. Theme: For the 2004 season the XLR-8 was repainted blue and yellow. It was previously blue and gray. hmmmm XLR8's trains may have ended up at MM??? OMG find those backwards chasis and install it... PLEASE... would love to try Ninja backwards.... LOL
  13. I could go with them turning 2 of the rear cars backwards
  14. I completely understand why they added the trims. I just wish they hadn't had to
  15. Nope. Ride opened with no trim brakes at all. Was wild crazy and (smooth). No head banging at all. Alas though. With all arrows It doesn't stay that way. I say this with love because for over 20 years viper was my favorite ride. I still remember the first time I turned the corner after climbing the hill toward the parking lot and literally stopping in the lane when I saw it. Wasn't open yet. (2 weeks out). I went every weekend waiting for it to open.
  16. When the Swiss Twist goes to auction let me know. That would look good in my backyard!!!
  17. In the hotel lobby, coaster history!!!!
  18. ^^^--- I was there for the opening and I remember it being relatively smooth. Then. Fast forward 10 years later and it was unbearable
