I hope they do repaint some of the rides. Titan needs it badly. I wish they would get rid of the misters too (this might be unpopular opinion). It would be nice if they cleaned up the park a bit... compared to other parks I've been to, SFoT just doesn't have the same charm and appearances? It just feels run down and dirty. Then again... I grew up in SoCal with Knott's Berry Farm, Disney, SFMM, etc. So maybe I'm just a bit spoiled. LOL. But dang it, SFoT is technically my home park now! I'd love for it to bring some more hype

Hopefully we do get something big and new! Perhaps we'll see some activity happening after this week since it's the last fully operational week of the summer season? I was at the park on the 17th after about a year since my last visit and mannnnn does Titan need some new paint. That thing is so faded out! NTaG also looks pretty faded out as well. La Vibora looked great after they re-painted it... hopefully they can do the same for the other rides.

No other injuries were reported according to news sites. Glad to hear that... I was thinking he was hit by the Legs of the Passengers? if Not, what caused the trauma ... what hit him? Could have been the side/corner of the train. Who knows at this point. We'll probably have to wait for the report for any confirmation. Not like that will change anything.

Was there any mention of possible injured guests on the train? I mean... people's legs were dangling...

I guess we'll have to wait a little longer for a new coaster announcement And, in their defense, since it's named "Justice League" - they can definitely add more features to it later on after the movie(s) come out. But, we ARE talking about Six Flags... I think it will bring more audience to the park for sure. Next year they'll announce Justice League: Battle for Metropolis... BACKWARDS. (I keed, I keed. Or do I?)

When I went to the park on the 22nd, Tatsu was using both stations. We had a flashpass so they put flashpass users on station 2 and non-flashpass on station 1. Btw, Flashpass was so worth it! We went nonstop most of the day. The longest wait we had was for Viper and Goliath since they just kind of made us merge in awkwardly with the normal lines at the station. We got the gold flashpass this visit - but when they gave us the pass, the girl made a reservation for goliath for us. So we trekked all the way across the park because our reservation was ready and as soon as we got up to the station - our pass said "not rented, please return." SO ANNOYING. So, we managed to get a free X2 reservation in return. It was my first time riding X2 on this trip as well. Man that coaster made me SCREAM... and I usually laugh on rides! My poor husband felt ill after Batman towards the end of the day (think it was the combination of nonstop coasters, heat, and dehydration), so I took him back to the RV - only to find out the rest of my group got in line for Full Throttle without me! So, even though I kept talking about that ride and how much I wanted to ride it, they went without me. And by the time we finally met back up, park was closing. I'm so sad I didn't get to ride. Next time I'm there, I'm going to make a B-line for that ride. Plus side, I was the only one in my group to brave Lex Luthor. So, my trusty flashpass and I went by our lonesome selves to the ride. OMG, might have been my favorite ride of the day. I loved it! We skipped out on Full Throttle, Apocalypse, Green Lantern, Riddler, and Ninja. Either too long of a wait or my group went without us lol. Next time though... nnneeeexxxttt time....

Considering the rumor of the "Dark Knight" themed ride... I say this picture has something to do with the Dark Knight or Dark Knight Rises. Cat woman anyone? Or this could totally not be related to the new ride at all and they're teasing about something related to fright fest lol

Noticed it didn't say Ninja was closed on the SFMM website... Could it be?? It's open just in time for my visit on Tuesday!

I watched the episode this past Sunday and I must say... while the idea of scoring is cool, I just can't seem to like it too much. I mean, they're taking random people, calling them "enthusiasts", and having them score one ride. If it were the same group of riders riding each ride and then scoring I'd probably take it more seriously. LOL. I mean, one girl even said "My friend is making me ride today and I hate coasters" (or something along that line), and they had "Coaster enthusiast" under her name. Of course anyone who's scared/hates coasters would think a ride is extreme.

After the NTAG incident, the ride hasn't been immediately open from the last few times I've been. I've experienced Gotham city area not opened immediately as well. I guess it all depends on how much they are staffed for opening of the park?

This might be a dumb question - but I'm gonna ask it anyway: Gold FP - can you use it for rides multiple times? Or is it basically a "skip the line once for each ride and that's it" kind of thing? So if I were to que for Goliath, ride it, can I que for Goliath again with the FP? Or do I not get to and have to use the normal line? Never used a flashpass before. But since I'm only going once and won't be back for a while, I want to make the best of the trip and get multiple rides in!

Guys... I tripped on my shoelace this morning walking into work. I'm gonna sue sketchers! All jokes aside - I'm still excited to visit the park on the 22nd!

This is such a tragedy... My thoughts are with the victim and family/friends. What a truly awful thing to happen on a day where it's supposed to be fun and enjoyable. If people are that stupid as to unbuckle the safety belts on the lift hill... Ugh, WHY?

Was it ever confirmed that her restraints did "come up" like witness reports claimed? I know people have stated that her body shape wouldn't let the "lap bar" sit on her actual lap, but rather on her stomach. It's situations like these that I feel like cameras at the stations would help determine/solve things like this. Otherwise it's just a he said/she said and a bunch of finger pointing.

Got a survey asking about possible new attractions. They emphasized a lot about an "arctic blast station", "gaming competition", and "flight simulator" attractions (they worded it like virtual reality). I emphasized back that a new coaster or dark ride would be wicked cool. Anyone else get a survey?

Oh gosh I LOVED Alice when I rode it a few years back. I can't wait!
