They are the same park that brought only one train for their SLC, Now the wait time sucks. So it wouldnt surprise me if they do it.

So doomsday destroyer is down for maintenance again I was at the park Sunday and they were testing it, And i was told it doesn't open til Feb. Whats going on with the ride seems closed a lot. Also the Arkham Asylum was stuck on the lift hill now every media page is running with and many people are now talking about how unsafe the gold coast parks are.

Was just at the park yesterday. The coaster was bare and the only things you could see other then darkness was the guard-rails around the track. The ride was shockingly bad without the theming. Just pure boredom. I understand maintenance has to be done. But to rip the theming out in the school holiday confuses me. Maybe a re-theming coming?

Could it just be the skyloop?

Does Movie world do any sort of skip the queue or fast pass system. I'm going on the 8th of next month and i assume it will be busy so might invest in one if they have it.

Media is now writing headlines stating that dreamworld will never re-open, Which has no truth to it. Just stirring the pot and fear which australia has right now. Also just heard that the park will be shut for at least 2-3 more days and that how long the police crime scene will stay up as well.

About 2-3 weeks ago the media reported that a Seaworld rollercoaster had a e-stop, so they are already doing it.

I meant people who have finished school and not going up for actual schoolies just some people have finished the HSC. Like i had finished the HSC at this point of the year But seeing as the people were over the age of 25 I was wrong

Sounds like this could be a possibility and that the start of schoolies leads me to believe that these people may have been young adults trying to impress and it went wrong

Also this is the first death at an Australia theme park since 1978. By the looks of it, it looks like that the raft flipped on the conveyer belt trapping four people.

Channel 9 saying that it was the buzzsaw and that it was one of the fastest and highest coaster in the world. Which is wrong as if the coaster feel it would have fallen on the station not on the river rapids ride
