^I don't get scared at the events so I love walking through the sets and enjoying the environment. But I still wish the scares would be less predictable to add to the feeling and environment of the maze. Oh and don't even get me started about how I hate the chainsaws. Its amazing that Knott's has like 2 and Universal has about 50. They don't scare people from what I have seen and the are too noisy to even sneak up on people. Another thing I wish they would do is put some effort into the Scarezones. Looking at Singapore's made ours like like some Home Haunt's. Freaks was a huge step up when it debuted as well as Welcome to Hell, but there hasn't been one as memorable as those two in a while.

^Really? You were bored? Well, honestly I thought this year was a lot better than last and liked some of the design changes in the houses especially La Llorona and Welcome to My Nightmare. But I still agree to much water and trigger scares. That's what Haunt does better is having the Scareactors hide around corners in the pitch black which is more unexpected than a clearly seen door on a wall. La Llorona had a few of the trigger scares but most weren't as obvious as previous years. I also thought that Welcome to My Nightmare was cool about having the Scareactors close to you and not rely so heavily on those trigger type scares.

I think all of Knott's mazes this year are great except for the Doll Factory and Terror of London houses. Again just personal opinion though. Universal's houses this year were spectacular all around, with Wolfman being the weakest and The Thing and Hostel were not quite as good as La Llorona Alice Cooper and House of 1000 Corpses. ^ agreed all the mazes this year were good except for the doll factory and i found Dia de los muertos a disappointing maze this year. I didnt get a chance to go in terror of london this year. I found Haunt this year a disappointment because i went friday september 30th and the monsters were just talking to other monsters and just walking around not even scaring anyone. Alot of the mazes had nobody controlling the lines so id be stalled in the same spot in the maze for about 2 minutes because the mazes were so crowded. Going to HHN hope its better than Haunt was this year Your complaints are the exact reason I go on off-nights. The monsters are into it because they aren't harassed by drunks or teenagers and the line control is perfect, and the monsters don't see as many people so they interact more with you.

^I know you didn't ask me, but I have been to both events. First I would like to start off saying that in 2009 Horror Nights was definitely the better of the two events, while in 2010 Knott's was the better of the two. This year, though, I believe they are tied, with Knott's maybe having a slight advantage.
