Is HOS going back to 8 houses this year? Has anyone heard anything about that?

According to HowlOScream's FB Page, Zombie Mortuary is returning this year while Death Row is leaving! Hopefully Deconstruction will be leaving as well. Also, the Thursday 4-pack and Fright Feast will also be returning.

When I went earlier last month, I waited at the ropes in the 4th of July area and headed straight for the Voyage. After one ride, all of the coasters were crowded so then I waited at the ropes in the waterpark. Everyone will run straight for Mammoth and it will be crowded all day. Try to get in front with the ropes and you will have to sprint! I was the second boat of the day and when I got off, the line was out of the entrance (probably 5 minutes after they dropped the ropes). I went to Wildebeest afterwards and there was absolutely no wait! Do Wildebeest once and then hit the rest of the slides with no wait. Then go to the theme park after lunch or so, I walked on the front row in an empty station for Legend and Raven! Everything was under 5 minutes of waiting after lunch! Do waterpark when it opens remember!

If they do build Transformers...it seems like it would have to be worked on very fast because the construction time at Hollywood was a lot longer but then again you never know! Also, if whatever it is opens next year, when is Harry Potter 2 supposed to open?

Is Skyrush rough? I've been hearing that it's a rough ride. If so, where on the ride is it rough?

Aquatica is a really pretty park and has lots of color although HooRoo Run has faded a lot. Also, the trees and plants have grrown in nicely since the opening in 2008. Need to visit this again.

What ever replaces Soundstage 44 and then the probable Potter world 2, where will they have room again for 8 houses?

Agreed^ I hope it isn't the exact same thing as Mach Tower with just an African look to it. Hopefully it's something different from Mach Tower and better.

It is in the Summer months with Summer Nights so expect some crowds...it won't be as bad if you go early in the morning whe it opens. It won't be as crowded as a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday though. Have fun!

My eyes are bleeding! Sorry...didn't realize we had first graders and slow ppl on TPR!

We got to the park at 9:00 and waited at the rope. We went straight to the Voyage. We were on the second train of the day in the front row...I've never ridden before until then...it was really smooth for a wooden and is second on my wooden coaster list (behind El Toro). Then we went to the waterpark (9:52) and we got all of our stuff on and ready so we can win the race to Mammoth...as soon as they let us in...it was a footrace there. I got there first but my dad was slow so I waited for him...we were on the second boat of the day. It was amazing! My only complaint is that the water was freezing and when you go up and down the hills, the mist sprayers make it so you can't see. Other than that...it was great. When we got off...the line was out the entrance...we then headed for Wildebeest...no wait...until it broke down when I was on it...I never rode it before. As we went up the first hill...it seemed like somthing was wrong...we barely made it...then we made it half way up the second hill before reversing back down...I was with my dad and two younger cousins...we had a total of about 500 lbs. So it wasnt us...we waited and got to cut the line and then after 20 minutes...they got it back up and running. After that we did Bakuli, Zinga, Zoombabwe...Jungle Racers...and Otorongo. We ate lunch and went to the theme park...it was getting crowded in water park. We went straight to the Legend and there wasn't a single person in the station...we walked on the front row! It was the four of us and two other ppl on the train. I had a lot of fun and it was pretty smooth! Then we did the Flying Eagles, Liberty Launch like 5 times, Sparkler, Frightful Falls(worst water ride), and Raging Rapids all in like 30 minutes...there was no wait for anything! Then we did the Voyage again in the front row...I only had to wait two trains for the front but the workers were so bad. There were 6 of them too...I was waiting I think 15-20 minutes for them to dispatch those trains. Then we did Pilgrims Plunge...it was closed the Ambulance was there earlier but we did it anyway when it reopened. I thought that it was a waste of time...You don't even get wet! After that...we headed for the Raven on our way out. Did front and back rows. There was one train...one person checking restraints...and one person dispatching and they did great! They were really quick! Overall...for my first time...I had a blast!!!! My only complaint is the temperature of the water park water. Other than that...it was amazing!!! Good job HW!

I wonder what Universal is up to...maybe they are adding Transformers...just sounds silly cause of same ride system as Spiderman...also...it seems that it would be very crowed in that area...you never know though

I had a few questions before my trip tomorrow to Holiday World 1. Is it true that the red train is rougher than the blue train on Voyage? 2. Should I go to the waterpark when it opens at 10:30? 3. Is Raven and Legend rough rides? 4. What rides to do in what order? 5. How long of a drive from Nashville? 6. Where are the lockers in the parks? 7. Can you bring loose articles on the rides and store them in containers or do you have to put in lockers? 8. Any other tips THANKS

Why is there a rattle on this ride? Also, how intense is it compared to I305?

Does anyone have a report or is going to report about Aquatica...I want to hear reviews really bad!!! I hope it's really good. How is it compared to the Orlando version?

TRIP REPORT (No Pictures) 5/19/2012-5/20/2012 Got to Islands of Adventure and head for Harry Potter with no wait. I decided to go in all the shops since I've never really payed attention to the area rather than the rides. Then we went to Hulk and it was running great. It can be a little head-bangy in some places but hardly any...I love that ride. Then we did Doctor Doom and Popeye and ate lunch at Circus Migercus in Suess Land. Went to Universal after that and rode Rockit 2 times with like a 15 minute wait. I had really good rides on Saturday. Then we did Mummy...that ride never gets old to me and MIB. Then we went back to Islands and did Hulk two more times and Harry Potter. On Sunday, we went straight to Isaldns again and got 2 rides in on Hulk, Ripsaw Falls, Spiderman, Doctor doom, Dragon Challenge (that ride breaks down a lot), and Hulk again. Then went to Universal and did Rockit 4 times...everytime I went on it..I grayed out on after the second drop when you go through the building. Also, it was very very very rough and it broke down a lot. Did Mummy again, Disaster, MIB, and Simpsons. Had a great weekend. I wish they would do something to Rockit...I hate having rough jerky rides.

I'm going to Islands of Adventure this Saturday and I forgot which "Dragon" has the exit where it has the re-ride entrace...which dragon is it? Thanks

The closest example is Disney. There are merge points before the turnstiles into the rides. It varies, Raptor is halfway up the stairs, Millie is inside the station, TTD gets their own train, etc. It really just depends on the station layout. No one gets 'rows' and no one gets to enter through the exit. Thanks a lot!

I had a question about the FastLane. If you get it, do they assign you a row like Six flags does? Also, does it take you to the station entrance or station exit. My mom and dad are thinking about getting it when we go this summer and wanted to know cause we don't want to have assigned seating.
