To Token Yankee Guy & others: well, the peace or victory sign came kinda naturally to me when taking pics & I am not entirely sure if this has anything to do with one's enthic background or where we hail from?? Still having said that, i do also take pics with other hand signs as well. But pardon my ignorance, i have no idea what is the shocker sign actually. It be great if anyone can enlighten me.

Thought I just pop by to say hello myself. (Matt, I hope you dont mind that I use your introduction thread ya) Someone said something abt stop being a lurker so I decided to come out of my closet & start being active here. A little self-intro: I am a chinese gal from Singapore. I started to like theme parks & roller coasters from age 9 since my first visit to Disneyland in the States. I love the theme parks in Japan & have been making efforts to visit Japan once a yr since 2000. If TPR ever organise a Japan trip, I am in! I regret I have not been to most theme parks in US or Europe but I certainly like to backpack to either country sometime next yr. Hmmm... other general info: I used to enjoy watching reality programs. Some faves are: The Fear Factor, The Amazing Race, The Bachelor/Bacherette, Temptation Island etc. Other fave series incl: Sex & The City, Desperate Housewives, all CSI series (Las Vegas, Miami, New York), Lost. I love movies (almost all genres), esp horror movies. I just watched The Exorcism Of Emily Rose last night. Sorry for the lenghty post. Cheers!

Hi to all. Elissa, tks for welcoming me on board TPR. I am trying to make myself at home here. Coming from a tiny country far far away, there arent many coasters or theme parks enthusiasts to interact with so am I really glad to chance upon this great website! In Singapore, we only have ONE pathetic theme park (Escape Theme Park) which really paled in comparison to other theme parks in the world. I did not have a chance to take pics of my local theme park yet but yes, I will post them here on my next visit ya. And a note to BiCoastal Kid: I hope you are not referring to me as the underage foreigner cos I certainly aint underaged. In fact, I am not that young myself. LOL

Well, I am a straight gal who likes the opp. sex. Off-topic, just out of curiosity but are there any other asian gals/guys on TPR (besides moi)
