  1. Hank is out front many mornings when we arrive at open. He even sweeps up trash at times. Now that's an executive.
  2. And to think I only live 15 minutes away from this! I cannot wait to ride it. That keyhole element is unreal!
  3. ^It really is. I thought you were probably being sarcastic, but I couldn't tell.
  4. No, I don't think anyone would guess the name X-Flight for the ride. Thanks for pointing that out! And I'll be sure to be up in the morning to check what the addition is before school Actually, we've known it was X-Flight since Screamscape announced SF had trademarked the name, before the puzzle started.
  5. I see a couple OTSRs. Crappy art, probably.
  6. The middle portion of the train in the puzzle looks like a B&M wingrider more than the S&S. And based on the video of Tranan, the S&S Free Fly I saw on a Coasters in the Raw video, it is a slow family ride. I don't know if it can do better, but I'll take the wingrider any day over that.
  7. The SFGAm puzzle looks like it reads "one of the" first, so I think there's much to discuss. The park hasn't made any claims to first in the U.S. It's still a wingrider and will be the first announced in North America Thursday.
  8. Have you even looked at the clues? At this point, we're more likely to get a wingrider than Dollywood based on the clues for both parks. I have no idea what Dollywood is getting after looking at those clues. Your first in the U.S. could just be some new element on the ride if we both get the wingrider.
  9. Furious Baco, Intamin's only wing coaster, has suffered a lot of down time, from what I've heard (no big surprise). I don't think our park would even consider an Intamin wingrider after some of the the issues with V2. Plus, that's a launch coaster too. We need a nice lift and drop on this new coaster! As I said yesterday, once I saw the red back black portion unveiled, it confirmed wingrider for me because of the design, as has been explained by others. The black pieces coming down and out from the middle are what protect the rider from touching the wheels or track, if you look at Raptor's train. There just isn't evidence of any other type of ride in that puzzle. The only thing that is odd to me is what looks like a possible footrest on the right side, yet it's shaped like the bottom of the seat of a wingrider (though not placed properly, as that supports the rider's thighs).
  10. It's not a crappy stand-up at all. It has a good layout and just needs new trains to smooth it out again. I'd rather keep it at SFGAm and get the new trains than lose it. Wingrider at SFGAm, not a bad move to me!
  11. The red and black uncovered today are the themed middle of the trains, with the riders off to the sides. Once I saw today's clue, I felt confident for the first time it's a wingrider, as I instantly thought of Raptor's train.
  12. It does have the same shape, but why does it look like it's at the rider's feet in the puzzle, rather than supporting the thighs? I still think a wingrider is coming, but there is no evidence anywhere in the puzzle of a wingrider yet. Now that I'm almost convinced it's a split image, the right image looks more like a screaming swing, and the left side is very strategically covering the seat and OTSR for a wing rider. ZacSpin and starflyer are out, in my mind.
  13. It definitely looks like the bottom of a Wingrider seat, though that black portion at the bottom of the puzzle almost looks like a footrest, while on Raptor that portion supports the rider's thighs. Maybe just bad placement of the rider in the concept art.
  14. If it was a starflyer, the chain would be showing above the rider's arm.
  15. ^I agree. I have been skeptical myself, but we'll see. I would think a park would say, THE most exciting place in the world," not "one of the most exciting places."
  16. Raptor is the reason they have to say "one of the first," assuming it ends with "in the world" as it appears to. "First" could be a different superlative, though.
  17. If it was a ZacSpin, how would you not see the outside of the seat in the puzzle already? A ZacSpin in the SWF area would be a huge waste of valuable space.
  18. Looking forward to a wingrider. Guess we have a true destination park once again! Now, we have to see if Dollywood's coaster is indeed a wingrider and if they'll have theirs open in March. We will have first announced for North America, anyway.
  19. No, it really doesn't, but if it's not going to be the first, tallest, fastest, longest, I guess they don't have much choice but to emphasize that its in a small class of similar rides, thus it stands out.
  20. ^^"One of the first in the world" would support a wingrider. Could also support a couple other coaster styles too, but the wingriders only started appearing this year, and so far there's only one standing. Since Dollywood may be getting one too, they would have to avoid saying "first in the U.S." or something similar.
  21. Screamscape reporting wingrider that will fill the SWF area plus some. I hope this is true!
  22. ^i was referring to JoJo's original post (and I should have said "she" was kidding). I could tell you meant it!
