Kingda Ka El Toro. This topic might as well be "have you ever been to GADV?"

I don't know about you guys but if Kings Dominion decided to build a 400 foot coaster with a concept similar to i305s I most likely would not be complaining......Or if Carowinds did what CW is doing.

Well so much for my Verbolten opening first prediction...

Rocket Jet you need to sit and read the forums for a while before posting and learn what coaster enthusiasts accept and don't accept from posters. I learned that hard lesson a few years ago.

^I know most teenagers are like that but not all....anyway I will not judge Verbolten until I ride it. Am I disappointed with the possible stats? Kinda. Does that mean the ride will suck? No.

I'll be there on Wednesday! Just hope I dont get rejected from El Toro for being too big. But I think I'll be fine I rode MF 6 years ago and SROS @SFA 3 years ago and I'm roughly the same size as back then or smaller.

I gotta go with SKC at SFFT. I was expecting amazingness and it just felt like cookie cutter to me. I prefer Dominator and feel like Hydra is underrated.

^ Ugh those kinds of statements are why I'm a cynic. Seriously that would be insane if somebody died on every ride in the park. I bet a lot of GP think amusement parks kill people daily.

I'm down for the wind seeker at KD as well. Quick question: Does anybody know how busy KD usually is the weekend after labor day? I'm thinking about taking my college friends up there who have never been.

^I would love to see a park open dueling gigas that would be awesome but unlikely.

I would really like the triangle of towers but there's no way you'd see them all from I-95 because of all the trees on the side of the road.

Does anybody think Verbolten might open before Mach Tower? People seem to have better luck with roller coasters than tower rides I've been noticing....Wind Seeker took forever to open, but KD had i305 open by late April!

This is a fantastic addition to Hersheyparks amazing lineup of coasters! Something that I love about hershey is that they have several really good roller coasters instead of some bs like some parks (KD: shockwave, anaconda, hurler,). I look forward to visiting hershey again with this amazing new addition.

I can't wait to go there in two weeks! Can't wait for El Toro.

I imagine they're going to want to build something decent to distract people from Verbolten.

I normally plan to make my way back to an amusement park when they build a roller coaster. Iron Wolf does not at all make me want to go back to SFA.

I was looking at my ride hopper app on my droid for the waits today. Do KK, GL, S:UF, and El Toro really get almost an hour to an hour and a half wait on weekdays?

^Thanks, It would really suck to have gone to Great Adventure and have ridden everything but El Toro. I'm not one bit concerned about KKs restraints or the B&Ms. I rode i305 while it had the regular should harnesses and that thing came right down on me no issues whatsoever with room to spare between my chest and the should bars.

Sorry kinda off-topic... I'm going to Six Flags Great Adventure for the first time ever August 17th. I have concerns regarding El Toros dreaded intamin seatbelts. I am 6'3 267lbs. I don't really have the biggest gut, I used to play football and have been working out all summer. My waistline is about 38-40 maybe less cause 40 feels absolutely enormous on me. Will I have any issues with El Toro? I would be really upset if I got turned away from my most anticipated roller coaster at the park. Can't wait to go!
