  1. Very nice! Such a clean layout!
  2. I would like to see something new there as well, but like Netdvn said, Despite having a big projected market, just adding something may bring in more guest, but will it pay itself off in due time?
  3. Construction Update #1 SCR23.BMP Dismantling of Viper is going smoothly. A little auction is also being taken for the 3 trians that ran on this giant. Proceedes will go to the Boys and Girls Club of America. It looks so bare without the woodie there. SCR24.BMP But at least the new track is now coming in! SCR22.BMP I'll post more as this new coaster goes vertical!
  4. I haven't had the chance to go there, but yes, it will be better than what it is, but it's more of a cosmetic touch up than an actual ride overlay. It will fit into the new look of Paradise pier, but it's nothing splendid. I'll be more curious to see what happens, though.
  5. SCR17.BMP So the rumors I think are true then. It's looking as though Viper is going to be dismantled after 14 years of service. I'm not the biggest fan of this loss because of what it acomplished. At a press confrence I got acsess in, this was said: I'm eager to say now I want to see what they can cook up for next season.
  6. ^ I have to agree. It looks drabby, and just very un Disney like.
  7. I love the Flyer, but the paths you have chosen so far I think just pop out more than you want to. If you choose a darker path color, the building will pop out better. Just a suggestion, but everything in here is nice! I'm eager to see what you can do with this.
  8. Like jynx242 said here, A park that gets new additions have the resources, and the projected attendence to recieve new rides. SFA, like I said has to build up before it tries to even expand.
  9. ^ You have to build with what you have before you can even think to expand.
  10. ^ Have you seen the lines for the fatspasses Robb? They're HORRIBLE! Why should I have to waste over an hour and a half for a show I have to wait for all night? I love Fantasmic because you have the freedom to get a seat, even if you arrive late for that reason. From the momment I heard you needed fastpasses for this show, I knew it would do nothing to benefit the guest.
  11. ^ Although a slight annyonance, I suggest just saving before you build any coaster. 1. It prevents losing everything 2. If you don't like what you build and want to keep the old ride, all you have to do is restart the game and poof! Like nothing happened. 3. It's just a time saver in general.
  12. It would be great to see Chang at that park, or even at that, any Sixflags. Such a nice ride, but I still prefer Riddler's! And from memory, The layout is as good as it can get with the limitations of Rct3. Keep it up, GrabowskiEnterprises!
  13. GrabowskiEnterprises: Building in the parking lot won't do much. SCR21.BMP Magic Mountian put Scream! all the way in the back of the lot, and where any coaster plan would be in this park has no chance of being built on the parking lot. With how the cars come in, the closet area of expansion in the lot would be not pleasing to the eye, and here at Majestic lake, management still puts in the dignity and respect that was found in this park prior to the sale in 1994. And Braztaz, I'm no coaster designer, but even if a new Intamin idea took the place of Viper, The park could keep an almost identical track layout, or even at that, it could incorporate the current hill side that is abudant in this park. Edit: I see you two areat this together In my mind, Flash would do, or even both, but we'll see if this rumor is true.
  14. I'm all in for a big Intamin, considering this park does not have a hyper coaster, besides the woodie, Viper. It makes me wonder what is going to happen to it, considering at this time, Another Dinn, Texas Giant, is getting a revamp. Although viper is a good hyper alone, A wooden coaster, (especially the age this one at the age it is in) is a financial head spin. Upkeep is showing up, and ridership isn't at constant numbers to keep it a classic in the skyline. I would be disappointed if the Woodie does not make it for next season, considering I adore the current skyline, But I only speak on behalf for management, and Rumors are all over the place. And the question about expanding: The only room to expand would be out in the parking lot, but management is not interested in rerouting parking at this time. So if anything is to be added right now, Something has to go. I'll make sure to get some rides on viper more often, because I'm not ready to say good bye to my favorite Woodie. Possibly the last shot of Viper here. SCR18.BMP
  15. And considering how cold last winter was, even that won't be open many days. I kind of have an idea, like how on i305 they have the wheel-coolers, but they could install mini-heaters on the wheels, or the tracks, to keep the track at a good temperature... That would be expensive to begin with!
  16. I just think if Six Flags does not want to properly take care of this place, then why should they continue to operate it? This park was a regional park as it was, and even after the effort that Sixflags put into it, it will always just be a cheap mini destination. And why do you think other parks get spoiled? They're profit makers in the chain, so of course they will have more opprutunities for new additions. SFA just needs to get thier act together. Period.
  17. ^ Space is Very limited currently, so it would be, intresting, I suppose. But an Intamin replacing Viper for a more popular attraction? Maybe.
  18. From the overview, I'm glad to see that you have improved immensley! The pasrk has a nice skyline, and nothing seems to be over crowded, so good job there. I like that you have more than just rightangles on that one hotel, for it just makes it more eye pleasent in my mind. Overall, I'm glad to see that you're improving!
  19. First off, I find this funny. SCR15.BMP Those are brave souls there taking on a typical SLC Attendence has been splendid. We're hovering over 7,000 a day in the summer. I guess the local adds are bringing in people. But to keep all these people to stay here longer, Mangement has begin to build a few hotels on the park's permiter. I'll get more pictures when they go vertical more.
  20. Glad to see you still have a good heap of land there.
