  1. I somewhat agree. A lot of the of eyes aren't lit on the guards in that tunnel. Hell, last time I rode it back in 09, three of them weren't even working. But the soundtrack and ancient structures altogether are nice. For as long as I remember though, the ride has and always been rough. I always have a headache every time I get off that ride. Worse then SoB even with all the sudden jerks. I know I'm in the minority when it comes to these kinds of things, so I don't work myself up over this.
  2. I was not expecting a coaster, so I'm not disappointed, but only a wave pool? Don't get me wrong, there nice, but I would of hoped for a couple of slides with this expansion. Tear down SoB and Adventure Express. Add a B&M Floorless and Invert in their places, and I would never complain about King's Island again.
  3. I've only been on four. 1. Aplengiest 2. Fire 3. Ice 4. Raptor
  4. Cranberry juice, orange juice, and water. That's all I drink.
  5. I only went to one park this year, (Universal Studio's IOA) and wasn't disappointed at all. We even went on Memorial day and had no problem getting on the vast majority of the rides. The only thing I wish I could of seen was the new Harry Potter attraction. It's understandable though, since it did say it was opening in June. So that's are faults really. No big deal though. We're planning on going back early next year to catch the stuff we missed.
  6. So if it's not in the top 100 it's a terrible ride? Great logic..... I only rode it once about 10 years ago, and it seemed like a fine ride to me. I hate "top lists" because it's all opinionated. I think this quote sums it up nicely. "One man's trash is anothers treasure."
  7. I would agree with you OP. My home park is also Kings Island. I know every path and shortcut on the back of my hand. I got a season pass for the first time since 2002 last year, and really did enjoy it. With rides such as Delirium, Backlot, Firehawk, and Diamondback I got to ride rides I've never seen before. I went about 20 times last year, and around August is when I was getting tired of going. I went back once for Halloween Haunt, and really enjoyed that as well, but other then that, I haven't been back since. I probably won't go back until I see some improvement to their ride collection. I would like to see more B&M's and more Flats there.
  8. I took my first visit to Universal Islands of Adventure on Sunday. I fell in love with it the minute I walked in, to the very end of the day. Anyway, I was interested to move down that way for the summer, and put in my application in, so I have a few questions. 1. Do they have on site housing? I don't want to sign a one year lease around the area, since I'll be leaving for the Air Force later this year. 2. Do you get to choose what ride you work for? I signed up for that area and either wanted to work for the new Harry Potter area or Dueling Dragons. 3. How much do you start out there? 4. Is there anything I would have to put up with besides rude guests. 5. Did you enjoy your stay there? Thank you for your time.
  9. *Freeze Frame* Is that girl wearing even wearing a bottom at 0:07 in?
  10. Ok. It's not big deal if its not. Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'll see if I can get a PTR the next day.
  11. Oh, I had no idea it was opening on that day. The tv commercials were saying, it was opening on the 18th of June. That makes it even better. My friends and sister wanted to go see that.
  12. In case you didn't know, IOA = Universal Islands of Adventure. (Title was to long) Anyway, A couple of my friends are going to visit my sister memorial day weekend, and one of our plans is to go to IOA. It would be a first time for all of us. The only problem is her husband has to work on the day we were planning to go. So now our only option is on Memorial day. So I have a 2 questions. 1. Is it a good idea to go to IOA on Memorial day? 2. If yes, what is the best route to go to get the majority of rides completed?
