Those photos..when I viewed them, they'd been viewed 305 times! -
Yes, I know, I made that 5 minutes before I posted the post! I was about to take the pictures but realized the hyper had no station! What a genius I am Oh, and triggernel, the wild mouse was something I put together really quick and was one of the first coasters I made in the park. I hate it too, and it woulkd be much better of without it. But thanks again everyone!

Yeah, I agree with you. What would be more expensive? Tearing the whole thing down or just tearing a little bit and redoing it? -
GREAT NEWS EVERYONE! I have gotten a hold of HTEC's future construction plans! As we all know, this project is being kept very secret, so this is great pieces of information we've inquired... CONSTRUCTION PLANS.bmp From previous HTEC construction plan experience, I think I can crack of what a few of these mean. First off, I'm positive that areas outlined in purple are current construction plans for roller coasters.. Which means somewhere, there are workers constructing a structure high off the ground. They must work really hard to keep this a secret.... Outlined in red are MAJOR future expansion plans, which can include an entire new section/roller coaster/flats, you name it. And outlined in Orange is future flats construction. I'm very confused at what the green lines mean. Anyone have any ideas or opinions?

I don't think the layout should be EXACTLY the same. Give riders something more unique, you know? -

It's kindof semi-dark, at least the times I went. It's very dimmed, but lights are on. -

http://www.weather.com/weather/wxdetail/USVA0223?dayNum=1 That's not too bad but we'll have to see what happens. At least the crowds should be light compared to on saturday's when I usually hit the park. Yeah it'd be much better. -
Official RCT/RCT2 Help Thread
braztaz replied to Stoksy's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Sorry, can't help you on that one. I think I'll use this thread to vent I had done a MASSIVE amount of work on a park, but I'd never saved it. I was about to, but thought to myself I'd just wait until after I built a chairlift. The game had other ideas, right when I clicked make a new chairlift, I got on error trapper My game is seriously screwy! -
And considering how cold last winter was, even that won't be open many days. I kind of have an idea, like how on i305 they have the wheel-coolers, but they could install mini-heaters on the wheels, or the tracks, to keep the track at a good temperature... That would be expensive to begin with! Oh well, it's the internet, nothing makes sense

I onyl know B&M's, not Intamins, but I know there's always at least one or two airtime hills before the turnaround, or a turn. I need to start researching my Intamins more -

I'm sure Viper would be getting extremely rough at it's age, too. It seems like one of those rides where you ride it once, then you're done. But it Viper goes, would an Intamin Hyper fit in there? -

You never know, it could border the highway and you can't get too close to that. Plus, it's hard to expand land on rct2 -

I think it was posted a few pages back. Oh yes, I would express how excited I am for my first ever trip to Cedar Point, but I don't want to come off as annoying...you'd see lots of caps and exclamation points -
Here's some more photos from my trip! HOLIDAY THRILLS: PHOTO TR SCR422.BMP Here we are, "Holiday Thrills" at last! We took the interstate entrance and was greeted with minimal crowds. SCR433.BMP We found that the B&M Hyper "Thunder Lap" was a near walk-on! Also, the ride operator told me that the large white section of the queue will be used to hold plants, flowers, and such, surrounding the guests in a nice cool, forest-y atmosphere. Nice idea! SCR392.BMP Here's an overview of "Thunder Lap" i acquired from the park entrance. They have many more of these pictures avalible, as well. SCR434.BMP The neat station. SCR444.BMP A little further up we rode "Bon Voyage", an average wooden roller coaster. SCR445.BMP another birds-eye view photo. SCR446.BMP We walked further down the path, by a few flats and the "Indoor Twist": a scrambler in pitch-dark. SCR457.BMP We walked into a BEAUTIFUL garden on our way to our next coaster rides. SCR401.BMP To our right was a stadium. Some water-trick shows are held there. SCR458.BMP Straight ahead of us was the coaster, "Kiddie Castle". Behind that I could see the inverted coaster... "Supernova". SCR435.BMP Supernova was a real treat, I gotta say. Very speedy inversions and a quick line. (We were now catching up to the crowds- it was only getting busier from here on out) SCR439.BMP Osnap, a corkscrew that goes into a mountain! I was NOT expecting this, took me and most of the other riders by much surprise. SCR448.BMP Here's the family coaster, "Sunny Days". It's actually a pretty good ride, you get flung-out-of-your-seat airtime on that first pop before the overbanked turn. SCR397.BMP Ah, "Fierce Force"...my personal favorite. It's over right when you blink, but it's one of the greatest experience I've had as a theme park enthusiast. SCR410.BMP The airtime hill. SCR449.BMP We made it to the beach-entrance of the park, which was packed. An hour wait for "Dusk", the amazing floorless overlooking the beach. SCR381.BMP Dusk's interlocking corkscrews. A unique thing about dusk is that it's first inversion is a cobra roll, which doesn't happen often on B&M's. SCR402.BMP Here's "Seagull's Hunt", an average Dive coaster. That overbanked turn is pretty forceful, though. SCR460.BMP Next to the drop towers we have the park's themed section, "Off the Map". SCR461.BMP "Off the Map" includes a mine-train coaster... SCR462.BMP "Jungle Mouse"...a wild mouse coaster. SCR463.BMP "Jungle Mouse"'s queue. SCR459.BMP here's the beach entrance restaurant. more photos coming soon, with the full water park!

Some little updates, the storyline will continue next post. (Also, the only reason 8 guests are in my park is because 8 cars isn't working, and they're stuck in line for the rides, since they can't go on as one person. oops!) SCR414.BMP The now two small hotels for just the park. It's hard to book these, but they come with discounted tickets, so I wouldn't settle for the neighboring hotels just yet! SCR416.BMP "Holiday Thrills Resort" SCR415.BMP "Beachside Inn" SCR422.BMP new entrance. SCR419.BMP To the right of the beach entry plaza, you'll find the entrance to the water park.
