Looking at the plans I thought it might be like the Hulk. Slow lift, and then launch, with only enough speed so it gets to the top of the tower and then slows down...

Perhaps they mean km/h? 100 km/h is just over 62 mph. RCDB's stats show the ride goes just over 61 mph, so the number is close to accurate; it's just the units that messed it up. [/cocky smart@ss] Yes, I know it is 62mph. But since the signs and adverts say 0-100 they become convinced that it is 100mph...

Well..actually the plans state the colour...and it's black/grey.. ei. a dull moody colour. LIKE EVERY SINGLE SINGLE COASTER MERLIN HAVE BUILT! (Saw, Thirteen, Krake, Raptor, The Swarm) Every single one of them is either black/grey or some moody colour. Meh guess it suits the theme. I just with they were abit braver with colour. Yes, every single ride. Air, Rita, Colossus, Nemesis Inferno, Corkscrew... Unless you just mean the new rides. But to be honest I don't think that dark and moody is a bad thing. I generally think it makes the ride look more menacing...

1. Crappy fake rock like on Nemesis Inferno. Especially when it has holes in it, and chewing gum stuck all over it. 2. People who start screaming as soon as the ride starts moving. 3. People who start screaming before the ride has started moving. 4. People who take their shirts off. You're not hench, so put a shirt on. 5. People who talk about other theme parks whilst in a competitor theme park. Eg. Standing in Alton Towers and talking about how you prefer Thorpe Park 6. Line jumping. Saving spaces. All the same thing. 7. (Only at Alton Towers). People who stand there and try to prove to you that Rita goes at 100mph...

^In one of the plans there is a launch. I'm not sure where though. This looks insane! Alton Towers is the last place I would have expected this... I wonder what the Worlds First is? But this looks yummy (if confusing).

I'm pretty sure a lot of rides do this. Yeah, as Rollercoaster5000 said, most coasters in the UK haven't got this. Most just have an unattractive box on the side of the platform...

I haven't been to many places, so in my point of view it has to be Stealth at Thorpe Park. Name: Planes, secrets (stealthy), army possibly? Actual theme: Trucks and concrete.
