I've always been curious why Mindbender is ranked so high (I haven't been on it). What is the ride like?

I'd be interested in seeing some pictures of what SOB looks like right now (and if any work has been done on it). It would be cool to see some pictures of Vortex, Beast, and Diamondback too...

I'm sure it will. Random Fact: When Boardwalk Bullet was first tested (with a weighted train), it only made it through the first 1/3 of the course before rolling back and valleying (There's a video of this somewhere). I'd say Zippin' Pippin did pretty well!

^ I'm very interested in the Timberliners. I think they will ride smoothly, but the restraints look a lot like X-Car restraints, which I haven't heard very good things about. Well, now we just have to wait for the first reports to come back!

Was the POV they posted not good enough? Looked awesome to me! That's not how I meant my comment to come off. I'm sorry for being unclear. While I think that he footage that has been posted is very good, I'm just disappointed that the park didn't release a full front seat POV. That's all I meant to say. I can see how my original words were taken the wrong way though. Thanks to Robb for being there and reviewing the ride. Thanks for the footage that has been posted. Keep up the great work! ~Big-M

Robb: I hope they will let you film a POV at the New Texas Giant Bash, because I need a decent POV of this ride. Let's not get into this again...

I hope that it becomes a solution for parks with wooden coasters that have become rough and nearly unridable (like Mean Streak) so that they can make the layout more exciting and market it as a new attraction.

Lakeside launched a new website, which includes the 2011 Hours (except for July: They tell us the times the park was open in the third century instead of when it will be open this year ). EDIT: ↓ Yeah, the old site was probably one the worst websites I have ever seen. Sad as it is, this is better.

My dream park would have: 1. An Intamin Hyper 2. An Intamin Pre-Fab 3. An Intamin Accelerator 4. A wooden terrain coaster (along the lines of Boulder Dash, but bigger) 5. A wooden twister

It's always good news to hear a coaster running up to it's potential!

I am totally planning on including all the coasters I've ridden up until the time that I have filled at the ballot. I just simply cannot be bothered to remember which ones I rode prior to Dec 31st and which ones I rode after. I mean, for example, I may have very well ridden Tatsu in 2011, but didn't in 2010. F**k if I know! But I'm including it! Personally, I think it is an awesome idea to include the Aussie coasters, just because they haven't received all that much attention.

OK. I did that (seemed to do the trick), and I re-uploaded my file. Hopefully it will work now. EDIT: It looks like it works! However, I took the Intamin down to one train (which, for some reason seemed to make my changes permanent). Thanks for all the help!
