Dosent Jet stream have a unique layout? So I would think that if it goes, whatever replaces it, wont be a cookie cutter.. Right?

Like I said above, it seems like Jet stream does not get you Wet, which kind of defeats the purpose of a water ride here in the CA heat... I would be all for a new water ride, that could get you fairly wet. It could also be on the block if the ride like log jammer is just costing too much to run?

Seems like you stay fairly dry on Jet Stream (the past 6 runs I did not get wet), Isn't the point of most water rides to get wet (especially water rides during California summers?)

Well they did get Tastu, and LLDD, so I think they CAN be creative when they want to.... Also this might make sense, if like Log Jammer, they deem Jet Stream to be not worth the upkeep (operating costs). I know that Log Jammer cost a lot to keep up, is that the same for Jet stream (due to it being fairly old?) Edit: Jet stream was built in 1972, ONE YEAR after Log Jammer, so its seems to be getting up there with age

I remember reading somewhere that they cant be sued (or that it would be hard to win), because why you buy a ticket (be it on a cruise, or a sports game) it usually says you are in an agreement on a binding contract.

Am I the only one who thinks a passanger (or passangers) on the bus/ship either, sold their soul to the devil to go on the cruise, or brought a cursed item aboard the ship?
