Any SFOG locals know if there is a decent Sports bar anywhere near the park or the Wingate? There are some pretty decent College Football games that Saturday and I was gonna try to slide out mid day for a few hours and watch some.

Snow White Mine train- Looks very fun! It seems like there are going to be a lot of WOAH! moments during the ride. Im interested in seeing a lot more! Cannot wait to try it out!
Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom- This looks like a great fit at the Magic Kingdom! It seems lie its going to use the Kim Possible technology! Which in my experience, was very fun!

Today at Six Flags.... I got WET!!!!!!!!!!!! Blehhh smh.. still had fun tho... Add me people!What a tool.
My husband and I waited for 3 hours yesterday for the Dare devil to open, and it never did, everything else did but we waited for dare devil so long that we ended up only getting to ride one other ride, well if you can even call monster mansion a ride. I was VERY VERY dissapointedShe'll be back next year.
In case you forget your season pass, don't expect them to reprint unless you pay $26-even if it's the last weekend of the season! That's insane!!!Then dont lose your pass.
Oh and a flame war over Verterans...

Stitch's Great Escape was not a stupid move. While, as an attraction, it pales in comparison to Alien Encounter, it is truly a technological marvel. The Stitch in the show is still one of the most advanced audio-animatronics that they have ever produced. The moving cannons are a marvel to behold as well.

While most of us here do prefer AE over Stitch, myself included, it updated an attraction that desperatly needed a replacement. Same with MILF (Yes thats the proper Acronym) across the way, Yes its not an original Idea, but I bet there is a lot more people going to that than ever went to see the Timekeeper.
My problems with Magic Kingdom lie with routing guests through backstage areas. That just ruins the magic.

Similar note, I still hear (and catch my self sometimes too) still calling Disney's Hollywood studios, the orignal name, Disney-MGM studios.
I hear TTA get called Peoplemover still. But that isnt very strange...

I think you are correct, because I also saw stakes that read GCI out by hurler and thunder road. And I know those wont come true...
Congrats to Carowinds for tricking us enthusiasts! Thats always fun to see!

^ I doubt it would happen with Cedar Fair parks since they all have different names while most Six Flag's say Six Flags in the beginning of the name.

They got the land? Excellent! Bart (as in Dick Kinzel's son, GM of Carowinds) said that they were trying to acquire the land.
He also said at Coasterstock that Cedar Fair wants to turn the park in to a top tier park. And maybe this land is for a hotel, and future rides, making the park a resort destination ala' Cedar Point.
Just speculating, but its always nice to see an amusement park gather more land

Intimidator (Carowinds) first hill scared the crap out of me, something I have not felt before.... and it did it everytime I rode the ride
