  1. Just so you know, you will most likely be forced to wait in the regular line as it will be fully wheel chair accessible. Also, if you aren't fully ambulatory you will watch the video instead of riding in a sub.
  2. What ... no love for the little buzz ride that turned two just the day before!??
  3. Absolutely you did the right thing reporting them! I work at Disneyland and whenever we hear about something like that, we do the best we can to confront them. If it is a situation of line jumping that is witnessed by a CM we call security or make them go to the front of the line. In a situation where a guest was in a restricted area, absolutely the e-stop should have been pressed and the situation addressed immediately. Good Job!
  4. Dude, yeah, I think one of my most favorite things of the weekend was Pluto Guy when I was all "She's not as cool as you is she" and Pluto Guy responds "No...no one is!" "NO ONE IS!!!" LMAO!!!! So therefore "No one is as cool as Pluto Guy!" "Hello, I'm Pluto Guy. No one is as cool as me!" Oh god ... Pluto Guy ... He tried to molest me at greeter because I had two Pluto pins on my lanyard. He literally walked up and I thought he was going for my boobie ... ends up he just wanted the pin ... you have no idea how disappointed I was. Oh, and yay for Buzz labor shot! I will forever think of that as the ultimate ride: Elissa's birth canal! Sweeeet.
  5. You have NO idea ... Elissa, can't wait to see you again!
  6. Honestly, I don't mind the Rockin' California Screamin. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't incredibly loud; I can only imagine the damage it is doing to the speakers that are already on shakey ground. On the other hand, I think RSM is an absolute insult to the ride. Sure, it's something new, but themeatically it makes very little sense and makes the intense feelings associated with the ride less. If you want to make Space more intense, turn off all of the stars for a pitch black ride, that is an incredible experience that would surprise many people. Anyway, that's just my .02
  7. Hey guys, I wanted to say hello, I saw Rob, Elissa, Dan, and some other TPR'ers today at Disneyland. When you were getting on Buzz Lightyear, I loaded you! Sorry I didn't get to say hello, it's kind of difficult to say anything other then, "Watch your step, have a stellar flight!" Anyways, it was lovely seeing you ... Elissa you looked positively radiant! Daniel
  8. Ok, I didn't actually get these kids kicked out ... but I happened to be on the same TOT elevator as them. Apparently, these kids were able to jump around the car ... we went through the entire ride cycle save the final big drop when all of a sudden at the top everything stopped and the lights came on. Someone came over the loud speaker and said we would be lowered to the bottom. (There aren't really 13 stories ... at least not 13 doors!) When we got to the bottom, a supervisor was waiting and he kicked out the kids and we got to re-ride after a few minutes. As we were leaving DCA, we saw the kids being escorted out of the park by security. It definitely made for an interesting night!
  9. Reno could be worse ... next time, you should come stay in that snow. It's where I live! (Try staying at a newer hotel that's closer to downtown, such as the Silver Legacy. It's not half bad!)
  10. I really couldn't tell you. At age 7, I was scared sh*tless of roller coasters. It wasn't until 11 when I climbed aboard the later ill-fated Windjammer Surf Racers at Knott's (much against my will, I almost crapped my pants before boarding) and officially planted the seed to become the enthusiast that I am today. Windjammer planted your seed huh? Wow.
