^Don't feel bad. I do TWSS jokes all the time.

I agree with you. Sure, it would be interesting, but there would be a bit of whiplash involved with it. While I don't think it needs a completely brand new launch system, I do think they can remake the LSMs so that they're more power effecient but are even more powerful. I really don't think a backward launch is practical, as it puts more strain on the people and restraints. Along with that, there would be a lot of aerodynamic problems because of the shape of the vehicle, as well as weight issues, as the vehicle appears to be rear heavy. Don't take this as fact, but it's just my observation. That's why they'd need to design a brand new vehicle in order to launch backwards, and I'm not sure if that's practical for SFMM. Just to restate what *I* think is possible, I think they might: Repaint the ride: not necessarily one side Bizarro, one side Superman, but just a repaint to make it look good. Rehab the vehicles: Replace trim pieces (foam, rubber, padding, etc.), repaint, maybe even get rid of that huge front to allow front riders more exposure to the wind. Retheme/refurb station: Repaint, add new stuff, redo queue, pretty much just make it new. Increase launch speed: Refurb or even replace existing LSMs to increase effeciency while decreasing power usage, thus allowing higher launch speed to be attained. Add theming: Maybe extend tunnel slightly, add theme elements near launch track to better theme the ride. Decrease noise: Maybe it's just me, but S:TE is WAY too loud! If they found some way to decrease the noise even slightly, I think it may be a good investment. Add special effects: Any themed soundtrack, fires, explosions, ice effects, water effects, etc. would make the ride more SFMMy. Increase capacity: Faster ride cycle, quicker loading/unloading procedure, quicker checks, etc. would increase the rides very low capacity. Maybe it's just me, but once again, adding backward facing cars just doesn't seem like a practical idea.

The 2nd and 3rd are both really good, but I think 3rd is best because it makes the entrance the focal point of the whole ride. However, I think it would be better if the path somehow went around the sign. If you placed the Goliath sign about 2 tiles to the right, I think a one tile entrance would be better than the tile that goes throught the I. In real life, that I tile would be ok, but on RCT2 I think an entrance that goes around just to the side is better.

^When you really think about it, it isn't as cool. Sure, it would be different, but don't you think it'd be a wee bit uncomfortable? Pretend you're in a car. You're driving really fast and you see some lockers crossing the road. You probably won't want to crush them, so you'll hit your brakes really hard. Imagine that feeling. Now think about doing that for several seconds. Plus, instead of having a seatbelt, you have a lap bar. Cool yes, but pretty uncomfortable. Another thing to think about is aerodynamics. The vehicle is pretty bulky in the back, and it would probably take more force to accelerate it. Finally, there's the fact that they'd have to pretty much redo the whole vehicle in order to get it to work perfectly. I wouldn't be surprised if everything didn't line up exactly if it was simply turned around and set back on the track.

^That's pretty cool! I think I walked around that Hidden Mickey; I swear I remember a really curvey path on our way back to our hotel... On the 1st floor of your hotel? -

I would've gotten that book, but I don't go to enough Disney parks to use it well. Nice TR! Where were those TVs in the restrooms located at? That's a VERY good idea for our family, since we watch so much NASCAR. -

I just drank a whole bottle of Vitamin Water. On Saturday I drank 3 bottles of Kirkland's off-brand vitamin water. That one (I forget the name) was Raspberry/Green Tea flavor, and each bottle had 625% of my daily recommended Vitamin C. That means I had 1875% of my daily recommended Vitamin C on Saturday! -

^Thanks! I'm one of those people that always has to have milk with anything sweet. I couldn't get a better angle of the picture. I hate it when things block the nice pictures! -
I also have a concern with ECB. I really want to go, but I'm waiting for money from my grandmothers estate. Is it possible I could get a spot held now and pay for or cancel the ticket later? Thanks for your help. Patrick C. SFE

Ok, here's Part 2. We head to Costco Federal Way for some lunch. The signs in the food court here seem a little different... We return to the park, do some water rides, and notice this really big seagull flying against the wind. Close up of that big seagull. Expect to see plenty of these when you're at Wild Waves! The line for Deck: The Ride looked pretty short... ...so I got a credit! Demolish D:TR....... flatten these hills.... Put a Double Shot and a Screamin' Swing, and I'll be drooling! Heading up toward Timberhawk. NOTED! Pirate. The only Huss ride in the park, I think. T:RoP sign. One of the better ones. This is a pretty fast lift hill! Not exactly El Toro, but not exactly The Ultimate either. Thankfully, the were operating 2 trains. Wait for it.... ZOOM FAIL! As you can see, some of the lowest parts of the track get VERY close to each other. This track makes many rings. Wagon Train. This time, in operation. The Dry Slide. Still NOT operating. Theming? Maybe, I dunno. KGR's line got long, so not 2nd ride. Timberaxe sign. Still crooked, but at least the ride is open now! The restraints on here are WAAAYYY more comfortable than the ones on Hammerhead Shark, because they aren't automatic and they don't have pokey bits near the chest and shoulders. There's also a bit more theming on this than there is on HS. Only the really cool kids are allowed to ride Frog Hopper. Sadly, I am not a cool kid. =( Kanga-Bounce. Looks tame, but there's that one bounce that's pretty airtime filled. 4 seats were closed. So the wait was 2 rides for a relatively short line. This is what it looks like when you're looking straight ahead. This is what it looks like when you look straight up! (sky may vary) Paratrooper sign credit! Hey....uggghhh...coughcough....Larry.... ZOOM! Paratrooper. A fun yet relaxing ride. The sign is cool, but the warnings list is not. We ride thrice more. The fast lift hill. Step on this pedal to release restraints. We decide to get one more ride on Disk'O Flashback. I guess SOME fences were repainted. Not this one. =( Half-pipe! They call it Disk'O because it's a disc that's shaped like an O, and its spinning makes it feel like you're dancing! CONTROL PANEL NERD SHOT! Floating half-pipe! Hang Glider was popular around now, as you can see. This is my current desktop display background! Wish it still had the fence... Somewhat pretty, IMO. Enjoying the sun... while I still can... I see you, LJF boat! After our dinner at Hooters, we noticed this amazing sight! Mount Raineer and the moon! After that, we went to Krispy Kreme. We can't decide what to get! I always get a Chocolate Iced donut.... ...along with some 2% Milk! Thanks for reading!
