  1. Giovanola was a the main track fabricator and subcontractor for those guys for a long time before going under. At the last stages of this companies life they built 3 rides, anaconda , Titan and Goliath. Case closed. Anaconda looks awesome, I really would love to take a spin on that thing.
  2. I can go back through all 889 pages and never see Apollo's described as having a rattle once. You can call it anything else you want but it does not have a rattle. now Alpengeist on the other hand.. . . Is awesome? Agreed
  3. Yea, im thoroughly confused about that Larson Arm statement.
  4. They may not know the difference but management does when it comes to ride experience. RMC's can offer inversions and we all know how the GP acts when they see a wood coaster with inversions. Plus it would be the first RMC in the surrounding area.
  5. I never said it would be a clone of El Toro. Im saying its hard to market something similar when you have one of the best coasters in the world very close. It'd be easier and cheaper to market an RMC there.
  6. I'd love another Intamin but they are expensive and El Toro is already near by.
  7. I can see Falcon Flyer being relocated to another area of the park, it has a relatively small footprint. As for the drop tower, it would be a wonderful addition. Im thinking maybe a smaller version of Falcon's Fury?
  8. I can go back through all 889 pages and never see Apollo's described as having a rattle once. You can call it anything else you want but it does not have a rattle.
  9. While I enjoy the front row of Nitro, I concur that the back row provides the best ride.
  10. No need for any more suggestions. The name has been decided.
  11. I wasn't "impressed" the last time I rode it but it sure was fun. I rode it last summer. I much prefer Nitro or Diamondback. Heck, I even like Steel Force better. You're going to sit here and tell us you like Steel Force(The World's longest and tallest mine train) better than Apollo's Chariot. I know its your opinion, but now I've heard everything.
  12. Dorney getting Time Warp and advertising as some wonderful experience would be the most Dorney thing ever. It would also be criminal for them to allow the public to ride such a torture device.
  13. If they went the wooden coaster route it would almost certainly be GCI. I can't really see anything else going there.
  14. Nothing is outside the realm of possibility for Dorney Park.
  15. A new generation of Arrow Suspended's would be really, really cool. Perhaps with inversions now?
  16. Yeah, that's why I'm okay with it. They've basically made a name for themselves in restoring and maintaining classic attractions to modern standards. Until they do VR Phoenix!!!!! I sweat to God the day Phoenix gets VR is the day I quit being and enthusiast.
  17. This is pure evil, evil I say! #FreePhoenixAirGates
  18. Its has a very old school vibe to it, no seat belts only OSTR's. The climb up is pretty slow, once you reach the top the car rolls out onto a platform where you sit for a few seconds until you hear a buzz and off you go. The ejector airtime is serious, the whole experience itself is awesomely terrifying.
  19. No they stopped it once Elmo ate one of the children.
  20. You will be very interested once you see it in person. It's very intimidating. The structure looks like some sort of mutant Oil Refinery.
  21. ^ Yes I love how the second hill out of the MCBR drops you 87 feet into the ravine. Some rediculous air in that spot.
  22. Glad to see you enjoyed it so much. Did you ride Apollo's Chariot back row? It really gives an amazing ride back there.
  23. Wow, BGT does it again. Great job, great looking ride. Can't wait to ride it.
  24. Thunder Creek Mountain > Saw Mill Log Flume > Coal Cracker
