  1. It looks to me like: Joe just let one fly Dan's all like "please let me stay upwind of it" :? The person behind Joe is obviously trying to ignore it and Robb....well Robb seems to already be geting a little light headed "getting very sleepy" 8) It even looks like the attendant is starting to get a whiff of it :o I know thats a bit more than a caption, but I needed a few more words to describe what I think is really going on there. 2. Hey All, I was pokin' around on WDWMAGIC.com and saw alot of other pics and info on this ride and also this ride animation thingy (yes thingy). I don't know if any of you have seen it yet but it is pretty cool, it shows you the train moving, the track layout and you can see the reverse part and much more than you can see from the pics, here's the link http://www.wdwmagic.com/animations.htm# just move the mountain, lock the restraints and dispatch....your off  . There is also one for RnR, Test Track and ToT on the same page, but we all know how those go. I for one am gonna save my next WDW trip untill this bad boy is open. Check it out!!! 3. I think all endings are bad, because it means the fun is over I'm pretty much a coaster newbee, I've only done all coasters at USO, IOA, WDW & RnR@MGM, but the most painful ending I've been on (and I know I'll get made fun of for this, but oh well) the flying unicorn , thats right...the unicorn...ya know ...the break run  , what's up with that. I mean I've been rear ended in my car sitting still at a light and the car that hit me was going about 55 mph, and that didn't hurt as much as the unicorn's breaks and that's for kids. I find the Hulk and the Dragons to be much gentler .. You can make fun of me now PAll "C'Mon October 12th"
  4. I'm a "straight acting" straight guy. I don't mind the gay community at all. Hell I even took a gay man to IOA (my moms roomate) and he looks it, rainbows and all, hes even got pics of Justin Timberlake and J.C. in the living room of my moms house (that's fun at Christmas time ) The fact that he is gay didn't bother me at all (althought he did squeel just a bit on the Dragons), I've known him for over 15 years, what bothered me slightly was that he is an alcoholic and a chain smoker, but hey, weren't we all once?? God knows I was, back in the day Well at least now I know where all the designated smoking areas are YEAH!!!!. um....I...ah..already knew where to get the alcohol 8) But hey, that's another topic PAll "C'Mon October 12th"
  5. ^ listen to her, she knows what she is talking about. Also you are picking a great time to come, that time of December (week days anyway) parks are not very crowded, its nice and cool and there are hardly any lines (at least at IAO & US). And.... If your lucky, you might even see me
  6. ^^ I have been to many a' HHN and I have never seen the first weekend sell out, it's usually the last 2 weekends that do and usually just saturdays. That being said, this year with the frequent fear pass (which is what I get) you can go on the first weekend as well, usually this pass only gets you in on weekdays. So that might put a few more people in the park, you wont have to worry about me, I wont be going untill the 12th. But I still think it would be amazing if it sold out the first night, I mean its not even in october and so far I have yet to see a commercial on the telly(<- that's British) But, if I was comming from overseas I would be very upset if I missed the HHN fun 'cause I wanted to save $20.00, but that's easy for me to say, it only cost me $50.00 for a possible 11 nights of fun. Also if you are planning to do IOA in the daytime you shouldn't need the speedpass for the night, you will be able to do all the rides during the day (if you get there when it opens) then after they kick out the loosers that aren't staying for HHN you will be released in the park before the let the herd of people in at the gates. You should be able to get at least 2 houses in (depending on where you get "roped off" and which houses open when) you know what nevermind, if your only gonna do it once you might wanna be safe and get the pass too, you never know what will happen. Also not to scare you usually the first couple of nights are not as good as the rest, because they have to work out the kinks, but it will still be lots of fun, hell your British you never know the difference... Well good luck and have fun!! I hope this helped you mate (<- thats British too) PAll "C'Mon Octobet 12th"

  10. Hey anyone who's interested, they finally have the HHN site up completely at http://themeparks.universalstudios.com/orlando/hhn/index.html it looks like it will only be at IOA this year, with the exception of some houses in the back lot behind hard rock live. I guess trying to combine both parks didn't work out as easily as they had hoped. I think I liked it better in one park myself, the themes seemed a little better, although I will miss Imhotep, I'll just have to get my fix during the day. I haven't check it all out completely, but it looks pretty spooooky......ooooooooohhhh Scary. C'mon October. PAll
  11. I was scared to death of most thrill rides, my first and only coaster till I was 19 was thunder mountain at WDW I hated it, I was 8 or 10, I can't remember. Then at 19 I rode it again, so I wouldn't look like a punk in front of my friends cousin (she was hot).... I still hated it. fast farward to age 30, I had rode a few water rides (with drops) and still didn't care for them (the drops) then came Revenge of the Mummy at USO, my friend got me on it and I wont lie at first I was scared, then I got used to it, now I love it. Thats where you (TPR) come in. After my first time I rode the Mummy I did a search on the web for Revenge of the Mummy and found your hardhat tour of the mummy in USH. I checked out the pics of the track and realized it was a "real" coaster, the track looked like the track of the Hulk. So I figured if I could do the Mummy I could do the Hulk, although it took a little time before that transition, there is a big difference between 40+ MPH/no inversions to 60+ MPH/7 inversions. So at HHN 14 I went on the Hulk, and as I was waiting in the train (front row) looking up at the launch and seeing sky and sunlight and the first inversion, I wanted to pee myself. "warning...warning" that was it I was already upside down and I freakin loved it. Then I did it again and again, then the dragons, wich was just a bit rougher but I loved that one as well. So anyway because of your hardhat tour pics, it somewhat gave me the courage I needed (that and my friend bugging the hell out of my for months) to brave bigger and better coasters. I have kept TPR in my favorites ever since. Now I look forward to riding as many as I can, but at 31 I have a lot of catching up to do...wish me luck. Thanks Robb P (Robb Alvey is my hero) All
