at PNE today and found a Coca Cola Freestyle booth which I've wanted to try for years but have never seen any in Canada, got the collectors cup because I want to try as many combinations as I can, and for lunch I had the Mac & Cheese stuffed burger, it was alright, nothing too spectacular but still good, oh and I tried getting onto The Beast again, didn't get on it but I'm about 1" away from it locking for me, which I can hopefully do by Fright Nights.

thanks, my goal atm is to get down to 275, that's my big goal for now, will take a few months to get down that low but it'll be worth it.

thanks, here's hoping right? I've been wanting to get onto that ride for so long now, sure it's only been open a year but that's a long time to wait to get on a ride, I am now roughly the same weight I was when I went to California back in '06 for an ACE Day at Magic Mountain, pretty soon I'll be the lightest I've been in over a decade, lowest I've been was 297 pounds, I am now 299.6 pounds, within the next couple of weeks I should be down to 295, fingers crossed, at least I'm finally below 300 pounds now.

oh and good news, since I last went to Playland on June 8th I measured my stomach right now and if I really suck it in I measure at 48" when I went back in June I did the same thing and I was 52" so there's a chance that I might have lost enough inches to finally get on The Beast, I'm going this Saturday with the American Coaster Enthusiasts and will post a photo of me on the ride if I get on it.

yeah, but I love burgers and absolutely adore Mac & Cheese, so that's a given that I'd go for that one

why'd I have to be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes THIS year? I can feel my blood sugars soaring just looking at this stuff oh well, maybe I could jog around the park after eating the Mac & Cheese Stuffed Burger

definitely, can't wait to go in July, course I'm trying to figure out why nearly every ride there has a 250 pound weight limit on it when I've seen the same exact rides at other amusement parks with nowhere near that weight limit.

if you're coming from Washington you'll pass through Chilliwack but if you're coming from inside of BC you won't pass through Chilliwack, it's a little further south than Cultus Lake.

yeah same, it should be good by then, can't wait to see if I'll be able to get onto The Beast before then, then I know I should have no problems getting onto the rides at Cultus Lake Adventure Park, only one I'm worried about is the Round Up ride, here's a video of it funny thing though, almost every ride has a weight limit of 250 pounds, which makes no sense because I've seen those rides at other places and there's never a weight limit like that at the other parks.

this'll be awesome because by the time this gets done I'll be able to get on every ride no matter what, since I'm losing all this weight with going to the gym and walking a lot I'll be able to even get on The Beast by the end of this month hopefully. oh and I forgot to mention, the American Coaster Enthusiasts are having an ACE Day at Playland and Cultus Lake Adventure Park in July, I believe it's the 16th, ERT on Coaster as well.

just left there, got onto Hellevator and didn't opening day, will attach a photo of where it is now, I've lost about 15 pounds since opening day.

well I haven't lost enough inches off my stomach to get on The Beast yet but the ride op said if I keep at it I'll probably get on it by mid summer, here's hoping, I'm going to need to lose about 2" off my stomach before the restraint will lock for me.

I'm planning on going down tomorrow to see if I've lost enough inches to go onto The Beast, if anyone wants to join me they're welcome, oh and Nrthwnd, was the Crazy Beach Party running or was it still closed down? I'd like to see if I can get onto that one or not.

well I tried getting onto The Beast today but the restraint didn't lock for me, so I'm going to need to start going to the gym again starting next Saturday, not sure how much I'm going to need to lose just yet but if you wouldn't mind sending me those photos you took of me Nrthwnd that'd be great and I'll see how much I'm going to need to lose before I can get on it. But the good news is that I can get onto The Revelation again, can't get onto the Hellevator still but if I lose another 15 pounds I should be good to go. Also it's a sad day at Playland, when I was there I noticed the beloved Enterprise was completely dismantled, yes I am seriously ticked off right now, that was one of the best old school flat rides I've ever been on there. Never noticed you sent them to me, thanks for sending them so quickly, I didn't get an e-mail saying you messaged me, but looking at them side by side I think if I lose another 25 pounds I should be able to get on it.

definitely, I've kind of slowed down my weight loss now but I'd like to get more off, I really want to get under that 300 pound mark by mid June.

can't wait to go on Saturday, back in February I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and have since dropped about 60 pounds, I was around 375 pounds but now I'm around 310-315, so here's hoping I've lost enough weight to finally get onto The Beast this year, if you're going Bill I'll be there wearing my Weird Al Yankovic Czar T-Shirt, it's a dark green shirt. fingers crossed that this is the year I get onto that ride

If you had problems getting onto it, I'm probably never going to get on it, because you're a lot lighter than me, course then again I am taller than you be a good few inches, so I might eventually get onto it then, but my earlier estimate of me needing to lose 40-70 pounds before getting on it might instead need to be closer to 100-125 pounds before I can get onto it
