yeah, big one more likely to be open now, apart from when moving track into position with the crane, but they will have to get all new structure safety checks and stuff wont they coz of the change in supports? wonder if big dipper will be, and the train and monorail, how awesome would the construction shots be then.

update of site and a little history lesson as well... cool entrace geoffrey thompson speed boat garage yum, ice cream flying machines I WANNA RIDE THIS! noah's ark in our morrisons super market there are these cool old photos, and thought you all should see them and this is the cool bridge over the train and the old top of big dipper hard working as usual relation of station to track, can see why the supports needed changing and the company that is putting it up big one track coming back

ummm, no this is taking along time for somethin so small... and easter hmmm, that sounds unrealistic for pleasure beach mentality.. maby june more like but either way its gona be slim pickings for febs opening, no: big one monorail train big dipper and any other rides that just cant be bothered to be opened... ill be getting pass next saturday.

update again, the road under the park has been fully closed today with a crain in the way, which might be ready for track and support movment, work on big dipper carries on, a shot from outside on the prom showing the scale of the track removal from the big one, then moving to the site, the bridge has got a lot of scafold up, big dippers track is almost all back and the station has started to be constructed and here is a little vid overview of the site RMOV0030.AVI

k, i updated my last post but i thought it changed the last post date, so im adding this just to change that, lol, so ppl can see that there is an update.

that sounds about right... and i will post another update tmw... iv got a new cool digital cam so ill giv it a test out for you all.... couldnt get a vid, to windy for a good looking one... but got loads of pics... which will be played as a little story... right, as you in england know, there has been a lot of bad weather and blackpool has been flooded a lot by sea waves like these and caused damage to south pier but now to the PB and some work is being done to Grand national and roller coaster the wind also did some damage to some signs by grand prex also by gand prex, there seems to be a trench cut into the ground... i wonder if this will be for some power cables or something... there has been some stuff going on in the car park as well, a few more bits like this so at least we know unsecure items can be left unsecure and the lift hill motor there is also this rapped pack which i think is new big one support bits to replace those taken out. which brings us to, although along with the distruction of the big one, big dipper has started to be put back together the footer work is coming along nice and for those egel eyed enough to see....... what we have all been waiting for... yes... thats right..... WE...HAVE...TRACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more to come as it gets built

Still No Net!?!? should be in a week or so... and no, the have taken more big one track off now, nearly the whole of the section that i showed before... and i will say that as progress goes, there are nearly all the footers down now so the site is quite a wash of white concreet... or and there has also been a small move around in the carpark of the track and supports but nothin major yet.

WOW, so much has been said since my unfortunate cancellation of internet, that’s why I have not been posting pics and for that I am truly sorry for you all.... And I still don’t have the net at home yet, this is at college, first day back so... As construction goes, the site is very crowded with footers at the moment, more big one track has been removed and some of the supports. When I get back online at home there WILL be an update!!!

its the pleasure beach, that's all that needs to be said due to their stupidity, i mean would YOU really want to alter 3 RIDES!?!? (big dipper, train, PMBO) just to get another to fit....? big ones just having a support change, cant see anything happening to the track layout, and the first change was of the drop and turn around, just to make it a smoother flowing drop and a faster turn i think, might be wrong...?

RIGHT, i have got the biggest update to date today, and wow, so cool... we have got some more muddy floor work with loads more concrete posts, lodes of reinforcement rods and stuff, more mud, some holes... BIG ONES BEEN TAKEN APART DUE TO NOT FITTING!?!? AND WHAT YOUVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR WE HAVE BLUE TRACK and yeah is the sparkling lake they were on about

iron brew = the sponsorship of the revolution coaster little simularity to traumatizer = IT IS TRAUMATIZER!!! its just been moved, re-painted, re-named and re-themed...

i know what rides could be good for that area but very unlikly unfortunatly... get either a Twisted Impulse Coaster or a boomerang that has the cobra going ofer the bridge... i know the queues were horendous on busy days, but if a hoger capacity rides was placed and a deffo extenstion to the queue line up top...... also and update... loads has happened since the last, got tonnes of concret up and more of those posts, im not sure whats happening with big dippers curve... big one has now been closed ready for the dismantle of the supports, also spin doctors armless and roller caosters getting a bit of work done as well...

just another small update, the site has become home to these strange blocks sticking up from the ground, and the whole site is now a mud filled swamp area...

small update, not much really has been going on, got a few footer preps but thts about it...

sparkling lake, yeah, im sure it will be, and those trees, yeah right, where has big dipper gone (must have been "burnt down" in the construction), whats that odd blue building at the back, and tunnels will be a strange but mabey cool addition to an slc.
