Maybe they have their hands full with converting the parks that they can't be bothered with it yet?

They picked a good theme for the waterpark, I think it will blend nicely with Midway America. My only complaint is the wavepool it's only 5,200 sq feet, for as hot as that park gets it should have been bigger. Dorneys wavepool is massive and they needed a second one.

Rumor is they have now moved the crane from the staging lot over to the construction site and there are supports on site. So it should be vertical really soon.

In a year or two theyll increase the cycle as soon as it's not the new attraction anymore. This year they added a couple more full swings to maXair.

Lighthouse Point at Cedar Point?

^Nope. Trioka and Chaos were relocated and padlewheel Excursions are still there. Schwabinchen was the only ride they lost as it was replaced by chaos.

The only reason Geauga Lake has generic names is because Cedar Fair bought it so close to opening day and needed to get all of the Dc comics out. They didn't have enough time to think up of more creative names, they needed to get the park ready for opening. As soon as they make a decision with the paramount contract, and if they decide not to go for it, then it will give them more time than with Geauga Lake to come up with mercandise, logos and names.

The only thing removed for maXair was 4 games stalls and for Wicked Twister they only demolished an old aquarium.

Figures,Steel Force was just closed the last 2 weeks with a broken lift chain, it finally opens and now this happens.

One morgan car holds 6 passengers. So I'm wondering how if one car derailed and the rest of the train continued into the breakrun. Then how were 17 people injured?
