If you have a VPN, try a So Cal address and clear your cookies as these are screen shots from these past couple of minutes in Southern California so maybe they are ripping off people in other states? The date and time are at the bottom right. I don't know why we are getting different numbers. Not trying to be difficult. USA Today was the first to report on it a couple of days ago and they said it was $115 at Schlitterbahn so they got different numbers too. Schlitterbahn Cedar Point1 point

Jebuland So sometime in the winter, we decided to check out Jebu Island. Originally there was only a single road to the island (more on that later) but to make the island more accessible a cable car was installed and opened. Depending on your ticket, there's a floored or glass-floored version. Notice the mud flats and shore line.... ... this is the single road to and from the island. Depending on the tide times, the road becomes submerged twice a day and you can become stuck on the island for quite a while. The road does have times posted when gates close but it can be very close to tide time, we also weren't sure what the escape route was if any cars had an accident and blocked the road..... we decided not to risk it and opted for the cable-car leaving the car off island. Approaching the island. The whole island is only 1 square km across total. Since we left the car behind we took the paid shuttle to Jebuland. It runs along the main road and is quite scary having traffic pass you by at speed. Some of the many themed overnight stay areas on the island. Notice the Squid Game reference in one of the pictures. So we're 14 pictures in and I haven't got to the amusement park yet.... Well sometimes life is about the journey and not the destination..... .... and sometimes that destination is Jebuland. The park had three main attractions but if you've followed this thread you probably know what two of them are considering somehow despite me only covering 3 parks in this thread there've been 5 of them each. Of course there's a Viking and a tagada. Although there didn't seem many people visiting the island interested in riding them. I didn't know you could have a bad bumper car but the one we rode here was pretty hurtful. You bumped anything and the pedal would disconnect and the steering wheel would spin uncontrollably trying to rip your arms off and give you friction burns at the same time until you released the pedal. The final two attractions was the children's area. And that was Jebuland. Honestly, we were just there to walk on the beaches, eat fresh sea-food and weren't really interested in the theme park but I figured I'd take 5 minutes to quickly pop in and photograph it.1 point

^ Yea, we went with option 2. We really wanted to give Disney our money but the your 2 day visit must be in the 3-day hotel stay was the deal breaker (even though 2-day tickets are usually a 7-day window). If it was the other way around and you could pick your first day in the park and then the hotel reservation choice must be in the 7-day window after that we would have been all over it. I understand why the restrictions are there but staying in the headline hotel is probably a once in a lifetime for us, so we wanted to maximize that time but also not eat into my son's Disney time so ironically if we had more freedom of days we would have spent more time on Disney property not less (2 park weekdays and also 2 hotel weekend vs 2 combined ) especially since my wife was eyeing up the weekend only character Dim Sun she saw in Adam's TR and could have used the late check-out in the bundle to pool it up before the flight home not wasting one of the day tickets for a busy weekend half day in the park. Alas, it was not to be. It's a shame everything is tied to the hotel (e.g. have to pick up passes at the check-in/photopass from hotel shop) when as soon as you get them you'll be sticking them straight into the app anyway instead of just being able to go straight to the park. I'd understand if there were benefits (e.g. early access for hotel guests or something like Fantasy Springs access pass) or park tickets were inclusive I'd understand the restrictions on dates but all those are extra charge for hotel and non hotel guests alike so I wish it could just be sent straight to the Disney account to use with the same freedom. We were looking into getting a Marvel room for the vacation and commuting into the city since Hollywood Hotel without breakfast actually is the same price as hotels in the city with but there's no Disney Village equivalent and our search so far has told us there's nowhere nearby to grab a quick cheap bite without trekking into the city. I think we will just use the Disney Hotel money and do a few days stay in Macau instead of a ferry day trip since the Hong Kong Airport now has a new area where your luggage gets transferred to you if you go directly from the plane and take the bus directly to Macao without having to go through Hong Kong customs and immigration. Ironically after waiting 2 weeks before asking for help on this forum, Spider-Man finally appeared on the app one day later. It seems the stage character rotates every few weeks or so but as my wife pointed out, we are visiting around Halloween so chances are it'll be a villain or something during that week so we'll downplay the chances of seeing Spidey to our son. If we see a CM at the character area, we'll politely enquire, out of our son's earshot, if there's a certain time to see him. If he can tell us great, and if not at least we tried.1 point

Yet another "Hey, can I copy your homework? I'll change it up a little so they don't know!" approach for a Harry Potter land; a large gift shop with food and one ride. At least this time there's a legit show to see, I guess. Can anyone explain why they're still going full-bore into Potter? I enjoyed the HP books and movies but Fantastic Beasts has been, largely, a failure of the brand, not to mention JK Rowling's ongoing public image issues. It seems a bit strange to me that they're so fixated on this one IP when they have such a diverse portfolio to pull from for the parks. Do we really need a Potter variant in every park? I'm sure the ride will be fun but good gracious, variety is the spice of life.1 point

We went on Wednesday for the first time since 2018. I believe it was in the mid-upper 90's, so attendance was low. We were in the park about 15 minutes after opening. (10-8 close) We went straight to Pantheon and got walk-on front and back row rides. We rode it a third time later in the day, only since it was new to us and we didn't know when we would be back. This thing hauls and it was fun. But, some of the small ejector hills, especially one on the launch were a bit too much for us. I also don't care for outer banked hills in general, and these were uncomfortable and plentiful. Overall, we liked Pantheon, but going forward it's going to be a one and done per visit with us. The only ride we liked less was InvadR. All roller coasters are way more exciting to me again now, since we don't ride nearly as much anymore. Even despite that, InvadR still does nothing for me and has gotten uncomfortable in spots. It's my least favorite GCI by miles. We took our time and went to DarKoaster. The effects and riding positioning with the handle bars made this more fun than Panetheon to us. We rode back to back. Most of the rides were walk-on or station wait. Every roller coaster was running two trains. Le Scoot was 10 minutes. Verbolten was maybe 20. I'm very thankful we rolled the dice and didn't get Quick Que or it would have been a total waste of money. By about 4PM, we were done. We rode everything we wanted. I love the heat and I love to sweat, but the downside to that is it kills nearly all motivation to drink. So, as opposed to staying until park close and crushing beers, we left after getting our fifty cent 7 ounce beer. Ride Count: Pantheon x3 DarKoaster x2 Alpengeist x1 Verbolten x1 InvadRr x1 Apollo's Chariot x1 Chair Lift x1 Griffin x1 Le Scoot x1 Tempesto never did it for me before, and any added effects to Loch Ness Monster wouldn't be worth the discomfort, so we skipped those two major attractions. Other notes: Kings Mill Resort is amazing. The grounds are immaculate and the balcony king room was on the James River. The property is huge and has a lot to offer, including the best gym I have ever seen. I highly recommend spending the money for anyone going to the area for a few days. We did Jamestown and Williamsburg in one day, sticking to our schedule for BGW the first day, history the second, and Resort/Pool day on the third. As I anticipated, I regret not setting aside a whole day for Williamsburg, and I hated squeaking Jamestown into a couple hours. We were fascinated with the history. Had it not been for us not wanting to stay too many days away from out daughter, I would have done Jamestown and Yorktown in one day, and booked another full day for Williamsburg. There was no way I was sacrificing our pool day, which consisted of a strict routine of sunning, reading, falling asleep, getting in the pool for a few minutes, and repeating the cycle. Damn I needed that... Thanks for all of the suggestions. We went to Food For Thought on the first night. The pot-roast was really good. We went to a sushi restaurant one night, which was average. We went to Casa Pearl two nights for oysters, amazing cocktails, and fusion tacos. Holy shit, that place was amazing. We had a nearly perfect 4-night/3-day trip and thankfully we missed the mass flight cancellations from the Microsoft SNAFU by a day, with the chaos unfolding on Friday and us leaving on Saturday.
