^Probably a watermark. Whoever got it out (assuming its not a photoshop job) doesn't want other people taking credit for it.

a) This is fake. It's a fan made Photoshop. Look at the characters in the center, they're obviously cut and pasted from random sources.

 

b) You already posted about it in the Revolution thread. Let's try to keep discussion in there, please.
