Here is a link, that should not work, but does, as the ride is no longer there http://www.cliffs.net/coyhwlpg.htm Anyway, I saw a big crane pulling it up a few days ago, they must of sold it, It was at the park one year, I guess they figure, who would ride this with a drop tower now in the park
Stitch Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 I think Coney Island Cincinnati is getting that ride, I saw an ad yesterday for them saying they are getting a ride in 05 and one just like that was pictured.
coaster1 Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 Several parks have drop towers and kiddie drop towers .. but a park that small doesn't make sense .. they could be relocating it however ... but who knows, seems like a wasted investment.
crispy Posted March 23, 2005 Author Posted March 23, 2005 They already have some Kiddie frog mini drop thing, this was a "grown up" ride, for lack of a better term It must of been pretty lame for it to last only one year, but whatever, they are adding a drop tower and two other flat rides this year, I take the trade off
coaster1 Posted March 24, 2005 Posted March 24, 2005 Don't recall seeing the Frog Hopper anywhere, but think I vaguely remember it in the kiddie area ... It was a kiddie drop tower from Moser .. very odd, maybe it was leased from the same company they got the new rides from.
crispy Posted March 25, 2005 Author Posted March 25, 2005 Yup, thats it the frog hopper, I remeber that as my daughter rode it and enjoyed it, although not as much as the three times she went on the Galaxi coaster, at least she can get on that. I believe that is still there, but I still havn't seen the Drop Tower go up yet, and there is like a week to go before opening day, COASTER1 I'll try to stop by on opening day and get some pics of the new rides, if you want them for your site let me know, I'd be more than happy to let you have them
