The Angry Darren Mullins
July 4, 2018: Haibin Park and Childrens Park in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Two parks were on the list today. First up was Haibin Park. Haibin means Seaside in Chinese. This parks is located on the edge of the water and features an area of rides. There are two coasters here. First up was Roller Coaster. This is a kiddie coaster and is like several fruit worm themed coasters, but the train does not look like a giant worm. The other coaster was a spinning coaster that is similar to the Golden Horse spinners, but it was not made by Golden Horse. This one feels like it will fall apart any day now. Just down the street, about a ten minute walk away is Children's Park. There are a few rides here, including some very old rides. There is a powered coaster here that appears to have replaced an earlier powered coaster due to several disused footers beneath the ride. Both parks were free to enter and fun. I have now ridden 1144 different coasters and have discovered 429 coasters before ACE or RCDB. I am about to visit Haibin Park. These columns look nice. The park is very beautiful. This will be my first ride here. It is similar to others I have ridden. Another day...another spinning coaster... This one felt unsafe. There is a giant Ferris Wheel here. A ten minute walk down the street brought me to this place. There are several old rides at Children's Park. A powered coaster is here. This coaster appears to have replaced an older coaster. That will finish the TR.
Canobie Coaster
I pretty much know when I read your reports it will be of a park I've never seen before. Nice report!
The Angry Darren Mullins
Thanks. I am actually loving this part of China. People here seem more polite in terms of not pushing and shoving their way onto the buses and such.
