zongaboy626
I make videos and post them here. On rides I just try to be as still as possible. In the park use a tri-pod. Just what I do
Cerberus
How do you sell your videos...with copyright-songs?!?!...it's legal??.. This is the question I'm interested in! I could only think of three answers to it: (1) He buys the rights or has some agreement (2) The music governing body are far more busy with Zazaa and the like (3) Robb is God, and nobody argues with God! CoasterFanatic
How do you sell your videos...with copyright-songs?!?!...it's legal??.. Why ask this question? It just seems a little ..... suspect. Most of Robb's use of music is protected under "Fair-Use" Robb is God, and nobody argues with God! While Robb is a very nice guy, I don't know if I would draw relations to God.

robbalvey
I'll respond to this in more detail when I get back from Florida, But in a nutshell.... 1. It's different on every coaster. There is no 'science' for this, just something you have a 'feeling' on how to position it. 2. You need to ask permission. 3. Our videos are "documentaries" and fair use laws (as Tes said) are different for this time of video. 4. Never used Avid, so I have no idea. And when you say "download" you mean "download a purchased copy, right?" --Robb
