I do not know if this has been posted or not, but a new park has opened in Afghanistan. It is the first park in that country. It has what appears to be a shuttle coaster.

Not anyplace I would ever visit, but nice for the long suffering people of the area to have something new to enjoy

Good to see such a war-torn country finally get an amusement park to bring families together.

 

Not sure if they would want to use "Nestled between the muddy, polluted waters of the Kabul River and the city's snow covered mountains" in their advertising though!
