Hi gang!

I myself am a guy, so I don't have any experience with PHP, but I understand scripting concepts, anyway...

I installed pee-aich-pee-nook on my new host the other day, and I really like it, except for one thing. How the heck do you customize it? (IE, I'd like to get rid of the information block from the main screen.) I certainly couldn't find it in the theme files (Which is what i'm used to in the portal program I currently run.) Can't find anything on this issue because of the lack of documentation. An explanation of the structure would be quite helpful, as well as any other pointers.

http://hamstercheese.com/ is the test site.

I would also take any suggestions of alternatives to pee-aich-pee-nook that are just as "fancy". (sorry, slashdot is too nerdy for my audience!)

Thanks in advance!

Woah, I am officially creeped out by this now!

I just tried it on PHPBB's support site, this is the only one with the problem

I'm wondering if you're using a "custom" script, or one automatically installed by your host...

I'm also wondering if you're using a word filter that isn't working. (ie. perlSPACE is in the filter, but the filter itself isn't working properly.)
