BTTF Merch at Universal Hollywood?

Hello All,

 

Long-time reader, first time poster.

 

My sister and her partner will be visiting Universal Studios Hollywood (from Brisbane, Australia) in early September and have been querying as to what souvenirs I would like. Other than a few park maps, I have told them that if there is still anything Back To The Future related to grab it.

 

To make their souvenir purchasing a little easier, can anyone please advise if there is any type of BTTF merch still available in the park and possibly where to find it? If not, I will send them the way of the Jurassic Outfitters for something else as equally cool.

I believe anything that might be left is generic BTTF cars or T-Shirts, but last time I was there, I really don't remember seeing much of anything at all. There obviously won't be any BTTF: The Ride stuff anymore.

Yeah when I was there in May they had cars from the three movies in the Trading Post store or whatever.

^That's all they currently have. Cars from all three of the movies with packaging that says Universal Studios.

I was there about a month ago, as others have mentioned not a lot in the park apart from cars and tees. But I remember seeing some more interesting merch (BTTF numberplate, Marty McFly rainbow 'future' cap) in at least one of the comic/pop culture shops on CityWalk, so that might be an option.
