Why are there catwalks on the whole track of asian coasters?

I saw that there are catwalks along the whole track on many rollercoasters especially in asia.

Does anyone knows why ?

And I've seen how some of those Jet Coasters run, they must valley more than Stinger at Dorney Park.

I for one am very glad that their rides have catwalks - it makes it far easier for the staff to retrieve loose articles tat have fallen out during the ride
