Astros Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 (edited) April 14,1999: Today is the grand opening of SFOF!! On Jan 5th 1997, SIX FLAGS Bought Astroworld located in Florida. Right now the amusment park will feature 10 new rides by the end of the year; perhaps even more! The future logo! The first picture of BATMAN: The Ride. Edited October 16, 2011 by Astros
coastercrazy 9 Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Is that unique in layout, or is it another clone of B:TR?
Astros Posted September 21, 2011 Author Posted September 21, 2011 (edited) This Batman is not a near clone. It takes more room then a average Batman! Â [MOD EDIT: WATCH YOUR SPELLING, PLEASE! - R.D.] Edited September 21, 2011 by QueerRudie
Astros Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 Opps Sorry! Â Also, Heres a picture of the layout of this Batman. Please Notice that this ride is not a exact clone! To make this ride so special, I threw in some quick turns! Look out! Batman the Ride comes in!
TXthrills2010 Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 (edited) I love it! Please keep us updated. is there any history to this park? Edited September 22, 2011 by QueerRudie

Astros Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 Nov 2,1999! Â I gotten a nice picture! Nice view? Only problum is the Florida Coast Bullet is in the way!
Astros Posted September 22, 2011 Author Posted September 22, 2011 April 4,2000! Today, Supermans Fear coaster. The red coaster seen in the first picture, is now removed
Astros Posted September 25, 2011 Author Posted September 25, 2011 April 7th 2007-Elitch Gardens closed. Now SIX FLAGS is thinking of selling over Florida! Can we stop this mess??? Â Â -Picture of Goliath and DC Universe Universe-
SoCalCoasters Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 Beware Of Critism  To begin, your photos are tiny, and you have few of them. We cannot fully assess this park without a decent amount of pictures of decent quality.  Furthermore, the pictures that you have shown portray a mediocre park with very little effort put into it. Take the time to look at tutorials to hop you improve before you post updates. It's about quality, not quantity.  Don't do a story unless you know what you're doing. Just don't...focus on your park, not on a sophomoric story...  I know O sound harsh, but this really isn't a park I'd want to showcase...
Astros Posted September 26, 2011 Author Posted September 26, 2011 (Time line picks up here)  April 17 2007- Florida's Sunshine Paper SIX FLAGS Stays!  Today, SIX FLAGS INC Decided to keep their current Florida park!! Here some pictures we took of the park. SIX FLAGS is restoring   Image of the new carousel amusment park type ride.  This is the former Batman the Ride recycled into Batman's Dark Flight   Final picture, Over view of this park. Including the large Sunshine Wheel
extremecoasters37 Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Eh. That's all I can really say. This needs a bit of improvement.
SoCalCoasters Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Right off the bat: Â 1. Batman has unbanked turns that need to be banked. Â 2. The pre-drop on the coaster in the third pic is off...Extend the lift one more piece and bank the turn. Â 3. Add stations. All coasters need some kind of a station. Â 4. Work on scenery, aka, buildings. Make something that isn't just a block.
extremecoasters37 Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 ^ I didn't notice that So Cal. Nice job spotting that. That really needs to be changed.
XYZ Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 What I would like to see if Batman: Dark Flight would be re-themed to Robin and paint the track red, with black supports.
coastercrazy 9 Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 This is getting a little better, is this a NCOS park? You should also add a station to your coasters.
Astros Posted October 10, 2011 Author Posted October 10, 2011 Oct 10th 2007 I noticed around the park these  Almost 10 years and NOW They decide to do it? Sheesh!! Sounds Spooky!! Also around the park I noticed stations put on coasters. A few things gone, also a railroad track added! Also since they removed Florida Giant roller coaster they finished a new roller coaster called: WOODEN EAGLE 2 Cars per train. 3 trains!  This is a overall picture of the Fright Fest BEFORE Wooden Eagle was added! No time to take another D: ' Batman's NEW Station! Wooo!!!  Picture of Wooden Eagle  Finally!  Catwoman's Crime wave station.
SoCalCoasters Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Those really aren't stations...just covers over only the station track. Since when did a Batman clone have a canvas station? Never, they've always been in somewhat moderately themed buildings with extensive queues. Make full stations with actual depth to them. Â Onc again, just don't do a story...focus on ride and scenery development instead...seriously.
Astros Posted October 11, 2011 Author Posted October 11, 2011 Sorry to say, but sadly thats not a batman clone. Plus thats just a temp. station
A.J. Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 (edited) Really? Temporary? Batman's NEW Station! Wooo!!! Doesn't seem like it was supposed to be temporary - you made such a big deal out of it. Â This thread is bordering on "bad quality". Step up your presentation (and your grammar...), or I will be forced to lock the thread. You need to seriously take some time and think, "would I be proud of how this park looked if I actually owned it?". Â EDIT: Don't reply to the thread saying, "I'm sorry" or "I will". Just take care of it. Please. Edited October 11, 2011 by A.J.
coasterman37 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I hate to say it, but the stations don't look very good. They look very boring and extremely beginner. That's all I can really say. I suggest improving them.
Astros Posted October 16, 2011 Author Posted October 16, 2011 June 2007, 5th. Today at the local SFOF, We noticed that the DC Comics zone has been closed off. Signs saying "Watch out, A good thing is replacing!" Wow! The Batman Express,Catwomans Crimewave,Flashes Swings. These three rides might be closed! Oh no. A rumor I heard was that the place was being rethemed to thomas town! Another I heard was that the area would be torn down and used for Looney Tunes world! What rumors is right! D:
coasterman37 Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 (edited) Don't remove anything right now. The park needs improvement with what you have. That's what I would do. Â [MOD EDIT: WATCH YOUR SPELLING, PUNCTUATION AND GRAMMAR PLEASE. - R.D.] Edited October 16, 2011 by QueerRudie
