PSiRockin Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 Looks good, but the concrete paths used as the carousel's que line are actually CS. I like it, but I can't comment on layouts as I've never been there.
Reviar Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 Edit: I do believe you can surely do some improvements to get those long transport areas be shorter on the superman clone. Cause it looks like a helluva job to recreate.

Reviar Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 Actually, this is the ultimate flight yes? I believe I've tried it myself. The problem if I recall is that the breaking is diagonal to station IRL.
djbrcace1234 Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 Here's a rule of thumb for recreations: 1. don't always build to the actual dimensions of a coaster because this always causes pacing issues. 2. be creative. Just because you can't build to the acual "looks" of a coaster does not mean you can't. 3. The goal of a recreation is for it to be recognized, so it doesn't have to be completley perfect. So far it looks good.

The problem if I recall is that the breaking is diagonal to station IRL. Yeah thats one of the problems I've faced. Also I'm learning how to hack so maybe I'll be able to hack a larger Pretzel Loop. I hope Here's a rule of thumb for recreations: 1. don't always build to the actual dimensions of a coaster because this always causes pacing issues. 2. be creative. Mastersax68 Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 Just a little tip, when recreating coaster layouts, don't make them actual size unless they're under 75 ish feet. This will hopefully let you eliminate unwanted or unsightly track ,and help to make your recreations more accurate.
