According to witnesses, the charter bus was parked just off the right lane and the driver was outside of the bus when the driver of the Disney bus struck the charter bus. No passengers were on the charter bus.

The driver of the Disney bus was airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center in serious condition. Seven passengers on board the Disney bus were transported by ground to Florida Hospital Celebration Health and Dr. Phillips Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

I definitely sympathize for those injured, however it seems like major changes must be made. Accidents are called accidents for a reason, sometimes things just happen. Disney used to have the media "hush-hush" treatment in the past, where incidents like this wouldn't even be covered by the media. Now days, it seems like the spot-light is on them. I just hope they're prepared, a few more of these "accidents", and surely they will lose all safety reputation they had going for them. IMO Disney should really start being held accountable for injuries in their work place. For far to long have major incidents been swept under the rug. I hope the public looses their " Disney Magic blinders" and starts realizing what really goes on "back-stage".
