^That really doesn't indicate that the insides can be painted, the outsides of that slide could have been painted to match the outsides of the other slides.

^Good point, but I still can't see why would they not be able to paint the inside of the slalom slides?

Assuming the raw material the slides were made from isn't olive green, I'd imagine thier current color is also paint, so that would imply that it can be painted, no?

Waterslides are painted on the inside quite often. In fact, two slides at my home water park were fully repainted this year. With that being said, I think a full paint of either option 2 or 3 would look great.

You could go with a real spaghetti bowl design/color scheme and use The Sauce as your inspiration... Just call up Delgrosso's and they'll tell you all about The Sauce and their Sauce Park.

In all seriousness, I would probably go with option #2, just because the colors seem to blend quite well with a tropical look, but then again, I do have Aquatica on the brain.

I think it is truly a unique and exciting opportunity you've been presented with Tomi! Congrats on being given the chance to work so closely in a market you so clearly enjoy--keep up the great work!

^Thanks, man! I feel the same way... I really hope this works out for me and that the manager is happy with my work. Then, who knows, maybe I'll work with him again or something?

And your joke made me think maybe I should have colored the slides yellow to make them look like a real spaghetti bowl

I want to send him my suggestions, but I think first I should also photohsop the Meteor slides.

I am sad to say that a month and a half after I sent in the suggestions, as well as the suggestions for the Meteor slide towers, and haven't recieved any sort of opinion or reply (in fact, it was only when I called after two weeks that they even mentioned they got the email), I went to the park while I was already in the neighbourhood to check out Luna Park's new coaster(which is pretty much across the street from Meimadyon), to see what was going on.

I should once again point out: This was hours of work I did just for my love of thrill rides in the middle of a busy semester, for no pay or anything. When they wanted me to change something in the render they answered within 24 hours. But after I finished I was ignored for a month and a half.

I saw the park manager who requested these simulations from me walking around the park, as usual. I greeted him, and (POLITELY!) asked how come I haven't recieved a reply about what he thinks about the renders, to which he started SCREAMING at me out of nowhere that he doesn't owe me anything and that I have alot of nerve asking him.

The way he was screaming his head off at me you would think that I killed his dog or something, and in a way that no representative of any park anywhere should treat ANY guests, even if they are in the wrong(and I don't believe I was), and he stormed off without letting me say a word.

Sadly this is just another example of the horrible service problem that Israeli parks suffer from.

I mean, I'm not crazy, right? That was a completely extreme reaction.

Either way, I left feeling like crap and I don't plan on ever visitng that park again.
