HD Point of View Footage

Hi, I am looking for some help!

 

I filmed a POV of the Rollercoaster at Yarmouth today (with full permission from all the Ride Operators and Station Manager) but I filmed it in AVCHD and am unsure of how to convert to upload to Coastertube?!?!

 

Does anyone have a good program for free (I am only going to be doing the odd 1 or 2 videos) that can convert to the correct H.264 format for Coastertube???

your camera didnt come with a program to convert???

I use CS4 to convert AVCHD to MP4 and upload that.
