I'm mostly talking about the real stuff, where you use a transmitter that uses sticks for control.

 

I have been in the RC hobby for 7 1/2 years currently, and am now a sponsored pilot. Sure does pay off in the end, as it's something you love to do, and you get paid to do it

I have a remote-controlled airplane, but haven't flown it in years. I've only used it a couple times. The reason being that I crashed it pretty badly into a baseball backstop fence the last time I've used it and I want to find a bigger area to fly it in. I have yet to do so and, frankly, don't have the time I used to.

 

I've always been interested in model cars and RC cars. I have about 30 die cast 1:18 model cars or so, and had a bunch of RC cars when I was little. I've always wanted to buy an expensive RC car, but never really had the time, money, or dedication to do so. College, car, etc. expenses are rough on my wallet, and I have too much work. Perhaps some day.
