Found this on another site in which this could either be very fun, or be very annoying (as it is when I'm typing this up). Once installed, it runs in the background and you just do your normal stuff with the aid of piano notes.

A few things to answer: PC only, no installation needed. It's just some exe that runs in the bg. To close out as you don't see it in the system tray, you have to CTRL ALT DEL then go to processes and find the keybored.exe to terminate it. (If you were like me who clicked on it many times thinking something would show up when launching the program will find many of these exe's running and will need to close them out.)
