Your longest hiatus from riding a coaster?

Mine is 2007 to 2011 due to having kids. Once my oldest was big enough, we introduced her to Silver Dollar City. She's hooked, not so much as a coaster fan, but as a theme park fan. She prefers flat rides and dark rides, but absolutely cannot wait to get back in March.

 

My son has become a big coaster fan. He's 47.5" right now. As soon as he hits 4 ft., we're going to have some fun.

I haven't ridden a roller coaster since October 2014, and that was just a lame Wisdom Rides oval at a local carnival. Having little kids of your own who aren't tall enough yet to ride will do that. It does make you appreciate a lot of the non-thrill attractions at a park, though. Steam trains, carousels, etc.
