Two days Ago for Cedar Point:

Raptor: It had a 20 minute wait.

Max Air: It was 15 minutes.

Disaster Transport: It was 15 minutes.

Top Thrill Dragster: It was 20 minutes, but this was an hour before closing.

Gemini: 10 minutes. They were only running 1 train for each side.

Mantis: 10-15 minutes. I saw a snake in the water. It was cool.

Millenium Force: 30 minutes.

Corkscrew: Walk-on. This was in the last 30 minutes of park opening.

Tilt-A-Whirl: 1 wait cycle.

Wicked Twister: I didn't go on it, but the sign said 15 minutes. Chaos broke down, and I thought I might go on Wicked Twister, but it looked too long for that ride.

Blue Streak: Walk-on

Wildcat: Closed

Maverick: I only think it's a good ride, so I don't think it's worth more than any substantial amount of time.

Four days ago for Kings Island (Sunday, and Monday)

Racer, Adventure Express, and Flight Deck: Walk-ons

Delirium: 20 minutes, but it broke down which took forever.

Drop Tower: 10-15 minutes

Beast: Later at night it was 5 minutes.

Son of Beast: It was 5-10 minutes.

Backlot Stunt Coaster: On Monday, it was 10 minutes.

Firehawk: It was an hour, but it broke down for a very long time, and than went to one train operation with one side working compared to two.

Flight of Fear: I would say it was 20-30 minutes.

Invertigo: 15-20 minutes

Avatar: 15 minutes

Rugrat's Runaway Reptar: 10-15 minutes

Fairly Odd Coaster: Walk-on

Monster: 5-10 minutes

Scooby-Doo: 5 minutes, but earlier in the day on Monday, it probably was 10 minutes.

At this point in the year there aren't a lot of times for slow days

Just go on the weekdays and hope it is moderate.

As for the 4th of July, every DESTINATION park(such as The Magic Kingdom last year) I have been to on that day were all too packed to even enjoy the day...so yeah

Obviously you cannot compare WDW and CP attendance though.

4th of July is usually one of CP's busiest days of the year, and why it is usually open later that day. Raptor on most nights would have a shortish line in the evening when I worked there, but on 4th of July, we still had a full queue.
