The Best Space Mountain

I searched and searched and searched and I couldn't find anything on the topic so I thought "Why can't I post it?"

 

Despite the fact I haven't ridden any of the Space mountains they have always fascinated me. All over the internet there seems to be split opinions over which ones best, while the one in Paris seems to me to be the most impressive I've heard now its a shadow of its former self.

 

Which do you thinks best and, if you have the time, why?

Again, I'm just going to point out that I *HATE* polls like this, because you really only get a true result from people who have been on EVERY single one on that list.

 

I doubt that is very many people on this forum.

 

This is a tough call for me because Paris' was by FAR the best before they did the Mission: 2 redux to it and it has gotten very rough. It actually was my #1 steel coaster in 1995.

 

So that leaves either Florida or Hong Kong for me.

 

I love the layout of Florida, but I also really liked the FX of Hong Kong. I would probably have to give the slight edge to Florida because I'm more of a roller coaster fan than I am a theming fan, and I think the Florida layout is by far a better coaster than the "cloned" west coast version of the ride.

I've only ridden Florida's and California's. California's is smooth, but mostly right hand turns. Florida's has gotten rough, but I like its layout better.
