Question about payment for store products

I just ordered the new raw DVD, and I noticed how it says payments must be sent in advance now. So what I'm wondering is, I pre-ordered a hoodie, before there was this new rule, so does it apply? Will the hoodies not be sent until the payment is made?

If you ordered the old way before the store was introduced, you are still on the honor system and a payment envelope and instructions will be included with your order.

 

Those of you who have ordered in the last 2-3 weeks, your orders should go out this week!

The store accepts Paypal, check, or money order. Same as before.

Another question, How do you send money in once you ordered the DVDs, since money must be sent in in advance? Just in a stamped, addressed envelope? Or, do you give instructions once your order's completed?
