verticalzero
One of the Lisebergbanan's traines rolled back into the station immediately after it normally should have hooked into the lifthill chain. The ride was out of function for several weeks as the two trains have obviously collided quite intensely. The Swedish Accident Investigation Board has finished the report on the accident on Lisebergbanan. A loose screw holding the lift hill chain together and a bad construction of the reverse brake was the main factors of this accident. The report can be found here: http://www.havkom.se/virtupload/news/ro2007_03.pdf

calcajun
Well, Notice how worn the teeth are on the anti rollback. Those needed to be replaced for sure!
Tömmioh
^^ Here are some translations (my Swedish is as good as Finnish, if anyone is interested) , I'm not really sure about the pull-up thing, other than that it should be quite accurate. However, If something wrong, please feel free to correct it.
