A smooth parabola, in which if you divided the parabola into just two segments, the middle point would be at the top of the parabola, and the three coordinates of the middle point would be at the same height.

Just put in the values! Go to file, New element wizard, parabola, and put in the speed at the top and how long you want it to be. Or are you looking to make your own formula?

First of all, if you had said that before, this would have already gotten along. And second of all, the best method is really trial and error, just keep making them until you find one that fits.

I believe the FVD formulas are your best bet here. I know red released a parabola formula with all the variable you wanted a while ago, but he'd probably refuse to release a now outdated formula. The purg is good for it too, and if you don't need a perfect parabola, you can use HSAK with huge intro-outro values and then the purg to rotates it on end like a hill top and it won't be anywhere near percfect, but passable.
