kennywood!007 Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 Your welcome for the pointers, I was just passing along what I was told. Pretty good for your first coaster!

Vekoma Fan Boy Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 It wouldn't be spamming to create a new thread for a roller coaster. I'll get back with a report on the coaster, as soon as it finishes downloading. Okay, the ride was pretty short, and the first turn was pretty pumpy. Maybe you should try to use the Ctrl+G function a little more, and also buster's track smoother is a hidden jewel, although you will have to wait a few days to download until the NLDC is back up again, unless someone else knows another place where you can download it.
FeelTheFORCE Posted May 29, 2007 Author Posted May 29, 2007 ^ I know it was short, I never said they were good, and I did use control+G, that's all the smoothing it would do, I was also at the edge of the map, so I was limited at what I could do with that turn. Cut me some slack, will you, it was only my first two ever.
thefitness Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 ^ He is just trying to help. Don't post your coasters thinking everyone will give possitive feedback. Here's my two cents. Try starting out with coasters on a smaller scale. This will obviously give you less track to deal with...hopefully resulting in a smoother ride because you will spend more time on each section of track. Hope that helps a little.

But what I may suggest is, if you are at the maps edge and there is room on the other side of the coaster, go to edit "select all" and just move the track. But these tracks are better than some I've seen in terms of design, originality ect.
