steel Posted June 9, 2007 Author Posted June 9, 2007 ANNOUNCEMENT: And the coaster is... UKUKWI This massive roller coaster, manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard, is a steel hypercoaster that features a 215-foot drop, a pretzel-style turnaround, and a figure-eight finale. I guess you could call it a cross between Magnum XL-200, Mamba, and Raging Bull. With some original flare, of course. The first few photos are the "simulation" of the ride. The last few are construction. I <3 comments. Topped off. ... I'm doing my best with the custom supports. I don't have every type that I want, but they'll turn out okay. Parking lot coaster. Sort of. Vertical construction. Woohoo. Footers. Construction. There are three trains: orange, green, and blue. And into the brake run. Figure-eight. Bunny hops. Pretzel-style turnaround. ... 215 feet in the air. Layout.
Steffen_Dk Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 Great park. I especially like the white woody. Looks really good.

SCR441.BMP OMG, four coasters in one shot! Very pretty. Lovin' the signage. ... ... ... ... Airtime. Here we go... First test run. Trains! Pretty big queue. I bet you get awesome views of the coaster, though. Much better. Bleh. Ugly. That didn't stay long. And the on-ride photo. There's the pesky chain. Voila. Just a bit more. Almost done. ... ... Remeniscent of Magnum XL-200. Lots of supports. ... Brakes installed. Catwalk (this took forever). Still no chain. Lots of positives. I love how this looks. Looks like fun. Drop.
californiascreamer1 Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 How do i get these files into RCT2? I don't understand how to do this thing.
steel Posted June 9, 2007 Author Posted June 9, 2007 Are you asking how to download it? A window should open on your page with an icon that takes you to RCT2. If you're saying that the download doesn't work, then I don't know what the problem is.

When i do and i open it, the computer doesnt know witch application to use so is it supposed to go strait to rct2 or what?
Corkscrewy Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 you have to unzip it here.. C:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\RollerCoaster Tycoon 2\Saved Games
steel Posted June 10, 2007 Author Posted June 10, 2007 I don't think I actually zipped it up. I only used two custom rides - Firebolt and Whirler. That might be the problem. BTW, I would like to officially announce that my next project is going to be a recreation of Dorney Park. I'm going to need a lot of help with this since I've only been there one time. I won't be doing the landscape. It takes way too much effort and I simply don't have the patience. This is just part of my effort to have RCT2 recreations of all the pre-Paramount Cedar Fair parks (I already have WoF, CP, MIA, and KBF).
coastercrazed49 Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Yeah I tryed to down load it, I put it in all the right spots and it didn't work.
Goliath513 Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 Did you make sure that the box "Export plug-in objects with saved game" is checked? That will allow any custom scenery or rides you have to be added. This will increase the chances of your park working with others' games.
DarkStitch626 Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 I dunno what ride this is but it says I am missing the following. Ride3MKY/005F50988139CA6. What ride is that and is it from Amazin Earl's rides?
steel Posted June 26, 2007 Author Posted June 26, 2007 I don't know. I'm still waiting for a response from Goliath513 or someone else who knows how that works.
steel Posted June 29, 2007 Author Posted June 29, 2007 Upload #2. Please try again. It should work this time. Huge thanks to rckrazy06 of ThrillNetwork for helping me out. Please tell me if it works and what you think of the park. Melling Park.SV6 If this works, I will reupload Worlds of Fun 2006 as well.
coasterfan200692 Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 I don't like your buildings, they seem completely random in design and they mostly look the same except for color. You supports on the B&M were horrid as well. But, i like the park for the most part. I really like your white, black, and red, wooden coaster. It seems very realistic and has a good layout. Not bad at all.
steel Posted June 29, 2007 Author Posted June 29, 2007 I was pretty limited for the supports (I assume you mean Ukukwi's). I only had one pack available and it wasn't a very good one. I'm working on my building style. I think they turned out well, and I guess that's the most important thing. Thanks for the comment. I'm glad you like the park.
Kingbooba Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 Where's Worlds of Fun's new download? Upload a new download, please.
Gabe Morales Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 I think it was a great park, and your level of detail was good, too.
steel Posted June 29, 2007 Author Posted June 29, 2007 ^^I'll go upload it right now. It should be up within 15 minutes. But you still need Wacky Worlds.
